I asked for a multiple charge inquiries but only one was resolved. I had 3 in question charges. Reps only responded back to first charge and haven't heard back for the other 2 yet.
I was charged something that I did not approve, then I have the burden to ask for a reimbursement. The issue was resolved but someone not following its account and billing would get F$#@

I had a terrible experience. I was able to join Teamskeet regular membership no problem, but when I tried to upgrade to Premium Membership my card was declined. I tried this multiple times with the same results. I contacted both Teamskeet help center and Segpay help center but no one could figure out how to fix the problem, so I had to cancel my monthly membership in Teamskeet.
I was about the have my issue resolved in good time. My representative was very receptive to my concern and provided me with the solution I was looking for within minutes.

I tried your app and was unhappy with its performance. I wanted to try it for one day and I paid the dollar and then canceled 12 hours later are there about. I received confirmation from the processor letting me know that it had been canceled. I also received confirmation of cancellation from the Webpage Provider and then six hours later. I am notified that you charged me $39.95.
I made a request to cancel my subscription. I canceled in plenty of time before the deadline And I receive confirmation that it had been canceled, but you still charged me. I am working with PayPal to reverse the charge since your company has not addressed the problem.
Would have like subscription cancel timing to occur before subscription renewal Also for yearly subscriptions, would be nice for a 2 week renewal warning. But I get it, money money.

I am repeatedly invouced for subscriptions that I have not ordered. I would expect Segpay to prevent that your services are used for fraudulous billing. I have reported this multiple times.
