Horrible! I have been trying to get a refund for 4 payments that Secret Benefits authorized. Only 2 have ever been deposited. Customer service is not doing a good job!

Good responses but charged another month when I cancelled my membership which does not seem right.
My membership at Manhunt expired and an email from MH said my membership had been canceled. The Segpay representative explained that I didn't accidentally cancel it, it just expired. So I renewed and was back on the site as a paid member very quickly. Thanks.

As soon as I made a cancellation request of the second ID to the Customer Service, my cancellation was accepted.
Therefore, I did not have to pay an unecessary fee.

Adam 4 Adam offered no notification to advise me that my subscription was set to expire... I discovered the cancelation when my profile photos disappeared on the cancelation day. A4A advised me, I have to start a NEW account, thereby losing all previous contacts, chats, and favorites... AND I also have to pay the new higher (double) annual subscription charge, instead of my previously 'grandfathered' annual fee! They offered no solution, just a simple '"we're sorry"... therefore I believe they did this in order to cancel my lower subscription rate.
I was trying to get a refund for a service I never signed up for and it took two weeks for them to pretty much tell me talk to PayPal because they refunded me my money, which I told them PayPal did not refund anything and that I needed ti speak with Segpay. I went back and forth, sent them transaction number and they couldn't find the correct transaction. I was super frustrated and just handled it through my bank and am still trying to see what's going to happen. Would give no stars if I could since they did nothing to help.
I requested a refund and it was resolved in a few days.
