Did what I thought was a one day trial of a porn site, turns out I wasn't satisfied with the offer, wanted to cancel but couldn't find the portal on the site to do so. I saw where your company was listed as support, and they had online chat. He said he couldn't access the information and went above and beyond, I think, in trying to do so. Didn't try to brush me off, or end the chat quickly. Stayed with the process until he was sure that it couldn't be solved. Good on him.
I liked how I was able to contact them tell them what I needed to do and they were quick in replying and helped me resolve my issue
