Very poor it's was one of the worst experience ever
I created an account with a monthly subscription site with payment transactions handled by Segpay, and wished to cancel.
I could not cancel my account through Segpay's online portal. Their online form asks for 3 potential pieces of information: credit card, email address, and purchase ID. I did not sign up using a credit card, I used PayPal.
I never got an email confirmation from the site, nor from Segpay (and yes, I checked my spam filters), so I could not provide a purchase ID. All I had is my email address.
It took me three emails to get someone who could actually cancel my account. In the two email responses prior, the agents had clearly not read all the details I provided in the email, and asked things I had already answered.
VERY frustrating trying to get this handled. Took far too much effort.
This is the second time using this service that their website doesn't work. Trying to cancel a payment the website doesn't find any record. The customer survive is great because they are quick to answer no headache. Their website needs to work that way you don't have to contact customer service every time you need something done.
ALL I WANTED TO DO IS GIVE SEGPAY MY NEW CARD DETAILS BUT IT SEEMS TO BE REALLY DIFFICULT & NOT EASY TO DO.
I requested to have a charge reversed and recharged on a different card. The agent ignored my request.

I needed to have my subscription(s) to a website terminated. Unlike other similar companies would have done, Segpay followed a perfectly professional path to enabling my request, and all the while was business-like and courteous. I assure you, Segway's handling of my request was precisely the opposite of what I expected based on my past experience w/ companies in the same sector.

After 8 yrs, I wanted to continue my yearly adam4adam subscription, but Segway canceled my account without notification. When I inquired customer service, I was advised that I needed to start a new account/subscription, but at the increased rate level instead of my grandfathered in lower rate that I've had when I initially joined.
