I'm trying to find out what prepaid card you can buy to buy credits for secret benefits. I have not received any answer to that question in the last two weeks.

In a matter or few days, my issue was resolved, and they contacted me with the good news. They have good customer service.
I had some problem because I accidentally booked a premium upgrade twice. At first I asked for a refund of the second erroneous premium upgrade (worth $120). This issue was successfully managed within one day. The refund was confirmed (although the money has not arrived yet, but I hope it will).
But then my (first, already paid) premium upgrade was totally disabled (maybe there were some communication problems between Segpay and the website owner) so I could not use the additional websites. I opened another ticket which was also successfully managed within less than a day.
So my resumé: Really good support, 5 stars, thank you.
Ok we are on Christmas' Eve and I can understand but I subscribed to a website via Segpay and they shutted me out because I forgot to shut down my VPN before trying to access shinybound.com. Now I receive a 403 error message and they told me to wait two business days and perhaps the webmaster will allow me back to the website. I paid my subscription till the eighth f January and I have to wait till Tuesday. Very elusive customer support; they are understaffed and simply they are not customer oriented. What a nightmare. For some reason, my card usage triggered a fraud alert with both my bank and the merchant. Merchant has a self=service portal which is fairly easy to use but although it was the last option in the escalation process, the portal didn't offer any information that woul. D effectivly resolve the issue. The information and functionality of the portal was essentially nothing more than a regurgitation of the issue.
Within 48 hrs it was resolved. Satisfied that you handled it in timely manner. Although, I feel that I should have been reimbursed since I I cancel after 2hrs of purchase.
