You really shouldn't be the payment portion behind some of these companies or businesses if when that said business / company refuses to answer their customer when requesting to cancel their membership and keeps charging them month after month after month despite customer's contact after contact pleading to cancel the membership and stop membership fees just to get ignored. And then when you are finally made aware and shown all the contact attempts and agree to cancel you only refund one month? And you come back with "we apologize we can only refund the most recent month". I highly doubt that and will be filing a dispute with my bank anyways. That's more than false and you should take it up with that business that started all of this! You had no problem taking my money though. Shame on you

Everything was misrepresented and not disclosed about other charges or memberships, disputing with credit card to dismiss.
Easy instructions to follow and prompt response. Didn't have to jump through lots of hoops to cancel which is a big tick from me.

I was notified by PayPal that a charge had posted to my account in December 2021 and again in December 2022 through Segpay. I didn't recall what the charge related to do I emailed Segpay. They responded quickly and provided the information on the original online vendor which put my mind at ease that the charges were legitimate.
I was subscribed to a service that I did not sign up for and was refunded the charge with zero issue. Completely painless. Just a few emails and it was taken care of in just a day or two.
They offer you better ways to make the most out of your subscription.
And if you want to cancel it, you can do so at any time without any obstacles or tricky things.
