Ho richiesto un rimborso per un acquisto di crediti di conversazione su una chat eseguita, a mia insaputa, utilizzando il mio telefono d dalla mia nipotina che non ha ancora 7 anni, la quale entrata in una chat ha digitato, per gioco il simbolo delle ricariche( l'immagine di monete) acquistandone in 7 acquisti in pochi minuti crediti per ben € 739.36.Ho chiesto per una settimana l'annullamento di tale transazioni poiché effettuare da un soggetto inconsapevole e minorenne quindi un acquisto viziato dalla inconsapevolezza.Hanno fatto di tutto per tergiversare inviandomi svariate e mail con codici inutili all'invio dei miei messaggi elettronici ben chiari e diretti.Vergogna! Non ci si comporta così! Avrei fatto meglio se delegavo tutta la pratica alla polizia postale avrei di sicuro ottenuto più considerazione nessuna presa in giro ed un rimborso di tale errore.Consiglio vivamente di non affidarsi a tale gentaglia sono solo dei PAGLIACCI in malafede!

This refers to two subscriptions taken out on October 11th, cancelled then charged again on November 11th. You refunded one, thank you, but not the other. Both amounts were £19.95. Despite emailing you twice, the second refunded never materialised. That's all the info I have because I deleted all relevant emails thinking I would never get the cash back but this gives me fresh hope.
My subscription ended on 11/30 and account was cancelled that early morning. No option to correct except to create a new account. No way to treat customers. Subscription should of not be cancelled until end of business day that day and an email should of been sent with heads up there is an issue with expired credit card.
"Segpay" billed me $18 TWICE for an "unlimited membership" on the Manhunt site. I requested that $18 be refunded to the credit card I used to make the original purchase. After several back-and-forth emails, Segpay, for whatever reason, cancleed my membership to Manhunt. I finally got THAT issue resolved, and over 10 days ago I finally received an email from Segpay assuring me that the $18 has been refunded "immediately". Yeah, right! I received my credit card statement in the mail yesterday and NO refund has been issued. I don't know WHAT this outfit's problem is. They can't seem to resolve even the simplest issue. Horrible "service"!
