Great Skirt!

This skirt is very cute. I normally wear a 10 or 12 for pants, lately more 12 than 10. I bought a large, and I love the way it fits. There is elastic in the waist and two buttons for a snug fit. The material is cotton, which is nice for the summer. Bonus... pockets! Just my style.

The material, the quality, the style, the comfort all at its best! Its stylish, its sexy and its true to size. Sabo you rock. Also shout out to the customer service who responded within a day and was so helpful. I dont mind ordering from europe and paying a bit extra for this quality. Xx

I ordered a co ord set and also 2 dresses and neither of the items were matching the description. The fabric was absolutely hideous, i could feel will irritate my skin, the co ord set was a sweater type of material very sinthetic! The items are overpriced for the quality they do not provide and PLUS they do not answer to my emails! They lost a customer here!

Amazing

I have to wait extremaly much for my shipment to arrive (sent on 16. April and recieved 10. June) but totally worth it. I think the delay was due to COVID19, but I was patient. Anyway the top I ordered is amazing with lovely floral details. Perfect for summer thank you so much.

Really cheap products, sizing is inconsistent through their whole brand. I tried to leave an honest review on the Taffy shorts I got recently yet for some strange reason it is not being posted and I have attempted it a few times, i gave it 3 stars. Surprisingly the only reviews on their sight are 4 or 5 stars, funny much

I've ordered twice from France on this website. The quality is good and the items are amazing. I couldn't send back my second item because of Covid, the customer care has been really understanding and reactive. Would highly recommend this website

Paid extra for postage... £14. Customs wanted me to pay £95 for 5 items of clothing... hardly heavy.

I contacted them and they said they would cover the fees but now they have changed their mind. They will get charged again and I'm going to loose an awful lot of money for zero clothes. The clothes look amazing, but seems to me run by clueless people.

A few days ago I purchased two items from Sabo Skirt. At first I thought the shipping was quite fast and good however, when I opened my parcel that was a different story... Inside was a dress I didn't even order... I was missing a top... I was eager to find out how good the quality of the clothing was. I was absolutely disappointed. The quality is terrible. Low quality material and even the dress I didn't order that was worth $72 felt horrible and I would not wear it. The other top I ordered was partially see through when near the light on an overcast day... I would definitely not recommend to anyone, save you money because you will regret buying from here. I also am about to find out the returns and after reading the reviews I am hoping to receive a refund because this is terrible.

Placed an order 20th of March! We are the 6th of May now and i still haven't received anything. This is just rediculous! And they won't help. 'Once the parcel has left, it's out of there control' they say. BULL$#*!! Had an order placed in a shop in France but the parcell was stuck somewhere because it didn't move location for 3 weeks. The custumor service contacted them for me and the day after my package moved again on the way to Belgium. Now THAT'S SERVICE!
But not how sabo skirt does it. As long as they have their money they don't care if you receive it or not. If it's quality or not.
Would not recommend buying here.

I've bought multiple times from Sabo at least 2 times per month for the past year 1/2 (I know!) I can't deny how cute there stuff is. I live in the USA so it has always taken long for things to arrive. Longer than any OTHER Australian clothing brand. I purchase 3 items on March 24, that all came out to a little over 150 USD. I get it the pandemic is making this longer and on April 24 I received a package with a stamp that said RECEIVED WITH NO CONTENT. Just an empty bag but listing the items that should be in there. I reached out to them 3 times... through different venues AND... crickets. In the past they have answered me through diff venues as well but not even a curtesy sorry to hear that let me check if we can see anything from our end. So upsetting and I'm extremely disappointed. Lost trust in there company and as cute as there stuff is I just can't risk that again so i won't be buying again. Lost 150 USD and nothing to show for it. :(

Ridiculous
April 20, 2020

I purchased my first order from this website on 3/30, and unfortunately stupid enough to purchase another order just last week after seeing my 1st package has been stuck in new zeland since 4/7 & has not progressed. I have reached out to customer service about the issue and they have yet to respond. It says on the website that they aren't responsible for any packages held at customs. But this is around $200 of items I purchased that I probably won't be receiving anytime soon. Even under the circumstances we are under with the world right now, this is RIDICULOUS. I've already told people to STAY AWAY from this site!

My order has been stuck win New Zealand since April 5th and has not moved since. I reached out through different channels but it seems like they have a habit of not responding to customers. Let's see if they will actually respond to my messages or send another message of their on going promotion. This is ridiculous and if this doesn't get sorted, I'll probably never consider buying again!

PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I accidentally purchased a necklace thinking it was a bracelet last friday (silly me i know). I sent through an email to SaboSkirt late last night just explaining the situation and questioning whether i can swap this item for another. I woke up this morning to a already have received a reply and a request from paypal had also been sent through requesting the amount owing as i was swapping items. IT WAS JUST SO EASY! Lily was the lovely customer service operator who allowed the situation to be so easily resolved. Great quality clothes & such a great team! :)

I made an order today and it was shipped in less than 5 hours.
I have been shopping here for years and have never been disappointed.
I find the quality fair for the price and I always receive my items no more than 2 days after ordering (Aus)
Lily from Customer Service always responds to my emails super fast as well.

Horrible quality

Read a lot of bad reviews about the brand, but decided to order a playsuit anyways. Very dissapointed. Not worth 70 at all! Fabric is very cheap, much worse then what you could buy for example at h&m and other cheap brands. In additon the fit is very different from what the picture shows (much worse)

I bought a wicker bag from them, and the black clasp that closes the bag was crooked. It works fine, and it's only noticeable if you know it's there. But they literally glued the button off center...

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and asked me to remove my review in exchange for a new bag. I had read on their site that exchanges were not possible, so initially, I did not think that was an option. So I got my new bag a few days ago -- still crooked. I didn't update my review because I thought it would be pointless. They contacted me again and asked me to remove my review. Anyways, here is proof of the bag I got, which again, has a crooked clasp.

Clothes were shipped so fast, and while their price can seem kind of steep for "fast fashion", it is NOT fast fashion. Insanely high quality clothes (ordered white shorts that ended up being lined) and the quality of the knitted goods I purchased was unreal. You can tell someone/some people have put their heart and soul into designing, and see to it that it's carried out flawlessly. I can tell my clothes are going to last a long time, and I've gotten compliments. Absolutely worth it to pay a little bit more for unique, quality clothing versus buying the same thing over and over again because it falls apart. Lastly, I accidentally ordered the wrong size in shorts, immediately emailed them, and got a response back within the hour confirming the size change. I couldn't be happier, I just wanted to rave about how amazing this company is that I emailed them asking about where I could review!
