I was shopping around for so long trying to find the perfect style dress for me and have to say that when the Ariana dress arrived to my door and i opened the packaging i couldn't believe how good the quality of the material was. Not only that but the dress is the perfect fit for my body shape and i just couldn't be happier!

Bought the Arden floral dress recently! I am normally a size 8-10 in most clothes and I ordered a 12 as the instructions on the site said get a size up! It would not even zip up the side! I thought for a moment I had put on weight but then I tried on items from sheike, Mossman and Zimmerman and yep still a 10! I took the dress to the lady who made my wedding dress and she said the zipper stitching on this item is terrible and made incorrectly! I should have read the reviews beforehand just wasted $88. Will def tell friends to stay away...
I realised on a Thursday that I hated my birthday outfit for the weekend and messaged asking what's the chance of me receiving my delivery (from Brisbane to Sydney) by the following day. The customer service rep ensured if I got my order in on time that they'd send it off for me (they'd already done their shipment for the day) and sure enough I had my delivery at 8am the following morning! The quality and design of clothes is phenomenal and I always look forward to ordering from the brand. Definitely my favourite online site - wish there was a shop in Sydney!
I've been shopping at SaboSkirt for the past 5 years and I absolutely love them, they are by far my favourite store and go-to brand! The styles are always so unique and gorgeous and the quality is wonderful. The customer care service is so friendly and helpful. I always get nervous buying online because of sizing but their sizing charts are really useful and after a few quick measures I was able to get the right size:)

I am a first time customer, and will never buy again.
So I was browsing their site, as they are advertised sooo much on every social media platform with their cute dresses, nice designs etc. I showed my mum a really cute dress for my trip to Europe. Which she ended up surprising me with. It was $128 AUD.
So I got home from work, (I am a dental assistant, so I do not work with perfumes/scents) and tried the dress on with the fact of needing help by my mum to help me put the dress on as it was backless and had ties. So there was no way that I could have "a scent" or some sort of perfume on me unless I really f***ing stink or I smell really f***ing good!
The dress looked odd and not right. It just looked plain weird so we decided it was best to return. We packed up the dress and sent it off ASAP.
After paying $20AUD for express shipping back to them, and to my mums disbelief that they had sent her an email saying that she can only receive a store credit as there was a "scent on the fabric"... MASSIVE BULL TO ME.
And apparently this is a "one time" thing to receive a store credit as "it is our fault there is a scent". MIND YOU, I had tried on other clothes from another online retailer and I have shopped with them before that very night too, and I ended up returning some items of theirs as well and HAVE BEEN OFFERED A REFUND. NO TALK ABOUT A "SCENT".
My mum has sent them an email and I have also messaged them on their Instagram and awaiting a response.
If there was any chance that I did get some sort of perfume or spray on the dress, I would understand and I would be 100% happy using the store credit. But I had nothing on me! My mum and I are just so disappointed and upset with this situation!
I will never, ever buy from them again and no longer follow them on IG either.
Just do not buy unless you want to waste your time and get crap customer service!
Never spent so much money on bad quality items that are unrefundable unless youre willing to pay. I was sent the wrong sizes, bikinis that once immersed in water are pointless in wearing anyway and clothing that must have been photographed by someone very well as they dont reflect themselves in the same way off the screen. Hopefully in time they will improve but for now I wont be trying again!
I bought a couple of playsuits and dresses from this store and they looked completely different to the Instagram and website photos of the items. They didn't fit properly, and looked cheap and the worst part is the terrible returns policy. Compared to other stores like the Iconic, Revolve and Peppermayo this one is the worst for both their stock, customer service and returns policy. Never again!
I've browsed Saboskirt many times, but never ended up buying anything as I live in NY, and the clothing comes from Australia. I decided to order a bikini that I fell in love with.
I ended up ordering an xs bottom, and an xs and large top. (5'6 116 lbs Fuller bust) I realized after that the xs probably would not fit but would wait to see. They ended up emailing me stating the large was sold out. I changed my mind on the order, but they told me it was shipped.
It took another 13 days to arrive. When it did, I was in shock. This was the smallest bikini I had ever seen. I wear xs in bottoms in virtually every single brand, and this was extremely small. I figured that the xs top wouldn't fit so I wasn't too surprised on that. It was though completely see through and not the best material.
I ended up returning it, and thankfully did get a refund. Silly me decided to try again when they came out with the same bikini in a different color. I this time ordered a medium top and small bottom. Another almost 2 weeks and the bikini came... I opened the package to realize that even though I ordered 2 sizes up on the top, it was the EXACT same size as the xs. The bottom seemed no different to me either, just a bit baggy but still extremely small in coverage. I will definitely never order from this site again.
After seeing Sabo Skirt's beautiful clothing on their website and Instagram, I was very excited to purchase. I bought two bodysuits and two tops and paid extra for expedited shipping because I was so excited to receive my purchases. I spent a total of $160. They use DHL for shipping, which was a huge mistake. I received a text from DHL asking if I would like to sign for the package via text, which I responded "yes" to and indicated that I would like the package to be dropped off on the front porch. After never receiving the package, I contacted both Sabo Skirt and DHL and neither were helpful. Sabo Skirt told me that because I had responded "yes," there was absolutely nothing they could do despite the fact that I had never received the package. DHL told me that the driver had gone to my building and had given my package to a woman who had asked for it... that woman was not me. I then asked everyone in my 3 unit apartment building if this had occurred, and each of the tenants (who I have a relationship with) said that they had not received a package. VERY frustrated and not sure who to be more disappointed in! All I can say is BEWARE. Not sure about the quality of clothing, but I am pretty sure this is a scam. Very angry that I am now out $160 and will certainly not be purchasing from this company again. Do not buy!
Love the designs, hated some of the fits. Asked for help returning from the US given the quality of the clothes was so lumpy and received zero help whatsover. Customer service even lied about how much it usually costs to return shipment. They said $20 but when I checked with USPS it cost closer to $60 for my parcel... nearly 40% of the cost of goods I was returning!
I would be fine paying $20 for return if they (1) helped print a return label, and (2) had honest customer service.
Quality of clothes is too risky to buy from US if returns policy is so bad. Great designs but the company is NOT an ecommerce company.
I love all their clothes! They always get delivered on time and in exact quality as their photos, their customer service is great and always get back to me within a few hours which is the quickest I've ever had with online stores, I had a lady called lily in customer service and she has been great
After seeing the images online I didn't mind paying that amount for the clothing however when they arrived they look cheap and not great quality at all. Had to pay an extra £24 for delivery as I'm in the uk. Won't be purchasing from here again!
Never ordering anything from here again. The quality was awful. I paid $70 for the dress and it cost me $40 to return. They really need to get their s%*# together.
My daughter purchased a dress which didn't fit. She emailed customer service and Lily responded with a PO box address to return it in Australia. We spent $22 to return it and three weeks later it came back from Australia as "undeliverable as addressed". We emailed again and Lily said to send a photo of the package that came back. She confirmed the address was correct and said to send it again at our own expense. Now we have spent $44 on shipping. Then weeks later it is returned again from Australia as undeliverable. I emailed customer service again and Lily said this is upsetting and confusing because they get hundreds of returns from the US from the US all the time and suggested we send to their street address. I asked if they would pay for this third round of shipping but she said no and "We suggest that you file a complaint directly with USPS and advise them of this information and request a refund for your previous return shipping costs." So for a third time we must pay $22... we have nearly paid for the dress twice now. Amazing that they would tell us to file a complaint with USPS when both times it was returned from Australia. In the end they saved the shipping fee but alienated a customer for life. They sign their emails with X's but in truth show no love for their customers.
Bought a dress from this store and was extremely disappointed with the fit and quality. Looks nothing like their flashy photos. Emailed their customer care team and they didnt bother replying so I emailed a 2nd time and said I would report them and then they finally replied saying that they wanted me to return the product at my expense. Absolutely horrible service and quality.
