Fabrics feel cheap and are made from poly. Had to pay $42 NZD to return one item. Most places I shop with offer free returns

I have done a few orders with Sabo Skirt and love them. They don't often do sales but that is because they start their price points so reasonably which I much prefer. They have original designs and are good quality. Their shipping and returns policy is also great for online shopping with confidence. I definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience purchasing this dress fantastic item and great service

I had ordered two dresses from the site and paid extra to have expedited 2-5 day shipping. First they make it unclear that this is 2-5 BUSINESS days AFTER the items have shipped, but not only that my items came late anyway. I emailed customer service to tell them it was late and asked for a refund for the shipping charges and Lily said it's not their policy and "out of the company's control." I got store credit, but I would never purchase here again given how much of a fight I had to put up for a situation the company should have addressed the issue.

The dresses themselves I returned- cheap quality and not at all as advertised.

I ordered a jumpsuit and despite covid times and Christmas coming up it came within 2 days! The fit was amazing and looked even better than the photos.

So happy with my purchase, one item didn't fit me so I sent back and received my refund straight away. Absolutely will be shopping here again xx

I received an order that was an XL but I had requested an XXS. I tried to return my item within the 14 day window and whenever I typed in my zip code and Oder number it kept responding with no user found. I would expect a customer service where a buyer can call the merchant.
