Ordered from this company at least 4x, first two orders everything was great. 3rd order a few items were not even close to size. Order 2x on some items and the items were more like xxs, cause I had my daughter who wears Small tried them on and was not able to fit into the top or bottoms. I tried returning them couldn't get anyone to assist after spending hours on the phone. I ended up donating it to the Goodwill. Meanwhile I had my 4th order already on it's way. 4th order arrived and nothing is to size items were too small too large all were supposed to be 2x but none of the items weren't close to size. Tried returning it, after spending several hours and days and multiple emails trying to get someone to assist. I finally got someone to reply to my emails. Received a return authorization, I packed the items and returned $80 worth of merchandise but I never received my refund or a site credit. When I followed up with my email I was told that the items were never received. I provided tracking information which showed that items were delivered, then after I sent this information, somehow all communication was lost. Tried checking my account with them to see if a credit was ever issued but no credit was ever given. It's ashamed because they did carry alot of cute items but I never ordered anything from them again...
I absolutely regret ever even looking at this site absolutely the worst decision I ever made was to buy from rosegal took over 41 days to get my order and then my credit card was charged 4 times and noone can seem to help or resolve this, absolute crap the clothes are junk also when I finally got my order they are way WAY overpriced for the xrap you get

Annoying pop up ad and the cart for the items is stuck in the corner of the screen and when you are trying to check out this high pressure sales tactic for items I have no interest in keeps blocking me from checking out! I have been getting the runaround from Rosegal for an order that I placed in October. I received 1 package out of of 5, with nothing but misinformation on the app. After creating a ticket, I was informed that, unfortunately, my order has failed because of the wrong information on the shipping label? How did 1 of 5 arrive? All of the details are identical.
1 package arrived to my home, so why were the packages not delivered as well? I have demanded a refund of all of the items that I did not receive. They asked me to pay more for shipping? I spent $400c for them to take my money, not deliver on their promise and ask me for more money for shipping? No thank you. I'll shop local. They don't want to ensure that their items arrive to their customers. They want your money and don't ensure that your items arrive to you. Bad experience all around. I do not recommend Rosegal at all

I ordered 4 shirts 2 in 2x size and 2 in 3x size. Yes it took a over a month for the order to get to me. Cloths are in good quality. My review is more toward the sizing chart and sleeves. First two pictures are the 2 x. Based on the size chart for my hips and waist I am to be a 3x. The second picture with the flower print the chest is to big but I can sew that a bit tighter so it does not show bra. The 2x body fits perfect but the sleeves are tight. The 3x body is way to large but the sleeves are perfect. I can not win.

Alot of their dresses and shirts are really cute as long as they are not made from spandex. Id stay away from the printed fabric items. But ive never found more flattering dresses(cotton ones). I received one with a broken zipper and they sent me the wrong color blouse. It took 3 weeks of tickets, theres no customer service number for returns, and my problem is still not resolved so i gave up. No attentiveness to customer satisfaction. I have another order that i wanted to exchange and im going on week 3 of trying to resolve the issue. All in all try not to make a mistake ordering size and fabric because it is hell trying to get an exchange or return. They also deleted my answer to their reply 3 times on their end so it is delaying the next process. Seriously though just go to marshalls or burlington.

Was told that an item that I had ordered had actually been out of stock and they couldn't ship it. Instead of just refunding me my money like a reputable company, they put the money in a "wallet." I asked for a refund and was told that it would take 7-14 working days. I gave it more than enough time but now will have to file a fraud claim to get my money back.

Rosegal is a total and complete scam. I have talked to dozens of women with the same experience and received nothing. I have read many reviews and maybe out of every 20 bad reviews, there is one good one which leads me to think that the good review is probably done up by their company or paid people to give them a good review.
