I reluctantly gave them 1 star, only because i had to. I wrote a review last night, but in light of their response I feel I really needed to write another. I payed $58+ (including shipping)for a 2-piece outfit on November 15th. It was promised before end of November. Still, they cannot tell me what is up, they just keep saying be patient. I am done being patient as one event has passed and now Christmas is upon us, and I still have nothing to wear. So, I asked for my money back. Their bright idea is to refund me $20, then if it comes then I send the $20 back! I say no way, I payed in good conscience, they cannot. I told them that now that I have nothing after paying $43+shipping, the only remedy is to pay shipping too as nothing was shipped to me. STEER CLEAR OF THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!

Last June I bought over $500 in clothes from them, to this day, it still says partial order filled on their website, in my account.
NO ONE will talk to me, I disputed it with my bank, but they said the vendor said it was delivered. I NEVER received anything.
Could be a porch pirate got the partial order, but WHERE is the rest?
I paid $15 for insurance, but that was a waste of money, can't get a hold of anyone to have them reship the cloths under the insurance.

I ordered 4 items from Rosegal, and they arrived today. The resemblance to the online images was vague at best and they were all made from very cheap printed fabric. The clothes are cute, in the images, but in real life I would never even wear what I purchased. I do not recommend buying anything from Rosegal, no matter how cute it looks. I have made three orders from Rosegal. Only one of the items needed returning. It was the pants of a two piece set. They were to small. I contacted customer service by email and recieved a reply in 3 hours. This was during late night after hours aswell. I have two options to resolve the issue. I absolutely love all of the items I have purchased. They have held up well to were and washing.
I have purchased from Rosegal.com one other time in the past and getting items exchanged for different sizes was a nightmare. Eventually, after the first time exchanging and the clothing still didn't fit, they refused to exchange or refund.
I was in a major pinch and needed to find a nice outfit FAST and honestly had forgotten how terrible the customer service was the first time as it was over 3 years prior. I did remember the sizing was quite large so I purchased two sizes of all the shirts I wanted in hopes to return the ones that didn't fit.
Not a single item fit and I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for a month with no responses.
I tried to "Submit a Ticket" (pictures attached) which is the only way you can exchange items or get a refund and every time it took me to a "502 Bad Gateway" page (picture attached). After trying, literally, 10+ times to submit a request for a refund, one finally went through but noone ever responded to the ticket.
In order to submit a ticket I needed to attach a picture. I was assuming a picture of the shirt not fitting correctly so that is what I uploaded. It didn't matter that the size of the picture or the content of the picture, it would not be accepted.
I emailed *******@rosegal.com 5+ times.
I called every number I could find through a google search that was possibly related to the website but not one took me to anything related to rosegal.com
The number on facebook, *******001, answered in a foreign language and hung up within 2 seconds. Other numbers I tried were: *******056 Foreign language and hung up within 2 seconds, *******470 TV/Internet Sales, *******056 Not a Connected Number, *******485 Magic Jack Customer
There are NO phone numbers on their website so the only way to try to get ahold of customer service is to "submit a ticket" which wouldn't go through.
I also contacted them on facebook with no response.
The return policy is that the items must be returned/exchanged within a month and now that I am 3 days away from a month, I guess I can basically say goodbye to the $285 I spent on 10 shirts and am now stuck with 10 shirts that a HUGE.

This is a scam company. They ask for private information from you before they will even process your order. Who ever heard of having to provide a copy of your phone, utility, water, etc. bill when making a purchase? This isn't the DMV! It's a site where you can buy cheap crap, not get a passport! Anyway, I paid for my purchase with my credit card and against my better judgement I provided a copy of my electric bill. I received a reply from "customer service" that since I attached the bill to the wrong ticket my order was cancelled and a refund issued. Here's how a sale works. You choose an item, you pay for it, the merchant sends the item upon receipt of payment. Super simple transaction that has been used for centuries. But the fools from Rosegal apparently don't understand how business is done. I'm waiting for my refund and if I don't receive it soon I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Looks like I dodged a bullet anyway seeing as how so many people say the merchandise is crap. Maybe they want copies of your bill for nefarious reasons? Buyer beware. Don't make the mistake I did.

Be prepared for your clothes to not fit. I ordered my normal size and when I tried them on, they were way too big (which I'm okay with.) But the one pants that actually fit were a size 2xl. The material for the tops were very cheaply made. There was no email telling me when my package was to arrive, and when I would track it the website showed that my order number couldn't be found. I was able to get my full refund but that whole process was a mess. They offered me a partial refund and I could donate the clothes. I ended up paying for shipping on order for me to get my full refund (which was totally worth it!) All in all, I will never purchase clothing from this company nor will I recommend them.

I have just placed my third order with Rosegal. I really like their clothes! They're comfortable, stretchy, and light weight, and very flattering for bigger ladies. But be prepared for a looong wait. I waited atleast a month for my previous orders to arrive. In my opinion the clothes are worth the wait though. My first order was placed in 2020 and I'm still using all except one of the tops I bought from them 2 years later. (The top didn't fall apart, the minerals in my well water turned the collar yellow/brown.)
