I am so pissed right now. I'm out 50 dollars never received my package and won't return my money. Everytime I would check where it was it would say that the package doesn't exist and now all of the sudden. It was delivered but there is nothing absolutely nothing. At this point I jus want my damn money back.

Scammers!

My situation is I ordered March 4th from you people Rosegal... I spent $148... Plus I paid for fast shipping the extra charges for that.to get my package faster...
I never received anything...
The problem was on Rosegal app I put my correct address on the app and it wouldn't put it on there right it said Indianapolis, Indiana, *******... Wen I put Greenfield... Indiana... *******...
Some reason my package was delivered to a whole different city!... Not Indiana at all...
It was delivered to Illinois...
I called Rosegal and told the man who answered thru Rosegal customer service... I told him that the app was showing wrong address... I told him the correct one... I told him app was acting up and not letting me change it. So he assured me that he would make sure address is corrected and it would get forward to the right address so it comes to me...
That was a phone call made in time...
Then I'm hearing my package of clothes went to Illinois... Nothing about Indiana!
I don't know how they got Illinois as the zip code when it's a Indiana zip code...
I have tried getting a hold of them again... Calling and I'm told a manager will call me back... That never happened!
This other guy said they will reach ups and get the package back and re deliver It to me...
If not they would just resend the clothes from the Rosegal company... I got nothing...
I've been told thru email when I tried to reach someone thru email... That it's my fault!... Gonna refund me $50 in credit... No way!... I needed the clothes... I spent way more then $148!... I want my clothes I paid for!... If someone doesn't take care of this matter my family attorney will!...

STAY AWAY

This review is both about my last item purchased and the extremely poor customer service that is now non-existent!
My last item is completely unwearable! It is very poorly made. The front is huge when zipped up but the back from shoulder to shoulder is tight and will rip as as soon as I move my arms. The fabric is nothing but a very thin shirt with an extremely oversized hood. It is not a light jacket as I thought it would be. I have been trying to submit a RMA since I received the item in the beginning of December. I submitted an RMA on 12/14/22 and I got an email from Rosegal replying that my question had been answered but when I click to see the response the website and the app just shows as "Question not found". I can no longer reach customer service for anything. I have tried several times to submit a ticket for this item and the same message comes up..."Question not found" or "RMA already submitted". This company no longer has a way to communicate with them. I have tried Messenger as well and no one will help. Presales questions only with Messenger. They only advised I submit a RMA which I have done and can't do again on this specific item! Absolutely no one is willing to help with my problem from this company. I have been able to communicate with customer service in the past over items but now there is NO WAY to reach anyone! This company has lost my business! MY ADVICE...STAY AWAY!

Scam site I ordered exact same item twice. Didn't receive it, didn't get my refund, didn't get tracking info on the second one, then all of a sudden as im writing this the and i put in my ticket over the refund and putting image proof it all of a sudden was there instead of the $nan and no history. Btw when it was shipping the dates would keep changing every time you look at it

I bought from Rosegal and paid for expedite shipping knowing that it would be 3-8 days. Which is perfect because it would come in before December 15th when I leave for Florida. When I checked my tracking off my phone and on the computer it said 8-12 days which is definitely not expedite shipping. So I send them a message and they confirmed it would be 8-12 days. They said the package would arrive between December 11th-17th which according to them is expedite shipping. So they lied on the website. Also with those dates it's over 8-12 days with the latest day being 17. I paid for 3-8 day shipping not 8-12 or 8-17 days. It's a rip off and as of now my package hasn't moved since the 7th and now I'm pretty sure none of my stuff will be here on time.

Terrible

Ok so upon getting clothes entirely to BIG for me that I can't wear whatsoever, I tried returning so there's no instructions on how to in app or in the bag they came in! I called for 3 days got noone then I emailed and tried the live chat after hours everyday solid for three days on the chat I got noone! So I dispute with my card and they came to the conclusion that the charges were justified WHAT BULL$#*!!

Buyer beware.

I ordered several outfits the end of April for an upcoming event. My package never arrived and was unable to be tracked. I contacted Rosegal and they told me they couldn't give me a date or time it would arrive but to wait 7 to 10 more days. I did. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and they told me to wait another 7 days to see if it would be delivered. I contacted them again through PayPal as I wasn't getting any help. Rosegal offered me less than half of my purchase which was unacceptable. After 2 weeks of back and forth they offered an $80 refund on July 1st. I accepted the $80 and they told me if would be refunded between 3 and 5 business days. It's July 18th and no refund or contact from Rosegal. I'm pursuing it through PayPal again. I DO NOT recommend this company. Bad business ethics! I can't give less than 1 star or I would!

SCAMERS
July 7, 2022

Did not receive my shipment after it said delivered. I've been going back and forth for 8 days now on getting a refund. I've contacted my post office and they confirmed they did not have my package. I contacted Rosegal back and told them I confirmed that my package was not at the post office. They then proceeded to tell me I needed to contact the postal service again and file a claim with usps. I called and the man I spoke to said you can't file a claim you don't have proof of stamp purchase the company does, it's their job to file the claim. So I'm not going back and forth I told them they are scamers and I will follow through with making a report if I do not get my refund processed within the next few days. THIS COMPANY/SCAMERS ARE FULL OF GAMES.

Worst site ever to order from! I ordered and it says it was delivered and never was. I paid from the insurance when placing the order and all they offered was a parcel payment. I definitely will never be ordering from this site again.

Kept my money without sending my order

If I could give a score lower than one star then I would this company is unconventional and a bunch of liars I ordered of three outfits from them after previously ordering from them and getting my orders my second order was sent to an address that did not exist and they're saying that I put the address in and refused to return my money worst company ever. I spent $92 on the original order and then paid another $15 for them to reship my order to the correct address. They are going to refund me $41 because they can't get the products to fill the order.

1st time buyer... OH and LAST TIME BUYER! I placed my order and they took the money at the beginning of April 2022, it is now 4/28/2022 and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER! I have emailed them (opened tickets) etc., and they write back saying it is being processed and will be expedited. I know the smell of b*llsh*t and this company reeks of it. I will NEVER ORDER another piece of clothing from RoseGal for the rest of my life!

If it were possible to give rosegal no stars I would. My daughter is plus size and a teenager. It's very hard to find clothing that she actually likes, so I took a chance and ordered from rosegal. Unfortunately she never got the $100 worth of clothing and that's $100 American worth of clothing I ordered. They claimed it had been delivered. They're tracking number came up as invalid no matter where I entered it. Some sketchy delivery person called me and didn't seem to know where the hell I lived. I gave him directions and he still didn't show up. I think it was all honestly part of a scam. I wish I had read the reviews on this place prior to ordering as I am now out $100. Upon complaining about this to them, they offered me $50 credit to purchase stuff again in which I inform them. I am never purchasing anything from you again. Take my advice. Do not order from this company.
