They're some of the cheapest pieces of clothing we've ever seen. Flimsy material with uneven (bunching) and minimal stitching at seams and decorations.

I've seen some people write bad reviews for rosegal. I dont understand why thou... I love the looks of the clothes and the feel of them
I have now completed 2 orders from Rosegal and I couldn't be happier. Everything I have received is great quality and for perfectly. Not going to lie, I avoided ordering from them for a long time as I thought they were one of those sites that say you're ordering a 2x but really you're getting a medium. I picked up a dress from Amazon that was a Rosegal brand and was shocked. Not only was the quality great but the sizing was spot on. I started ordering from them directly. They always have great sales and even tell you what coupons your order is qualified for at checkout. I have so many cute clothes now that not everyone else has around me by shopping at the same store. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be ordering more.
I ordered two items I did receive the items and decided before I receive them that I wanted to return them. I tried to contact them and I never could get an answer from somebody only a computer. I finally went through PayPal they stated that they have sent me a refund and the refund has never been received. They closed my PayPal case because they stated that they sent the refund.

This is an update to my review; Rosegal finally refunded my money after I contacted them 6 times over the course of 9 days. I had to pay the return shipping myself, unlike most online retailers. They originally told me they wouldn't give me a refund, so be persistent...
Here's my original review:
Scam, don't buy! No refunds, nothing fits, material is gross! Clothes look much cheaper and trashier in person, and they are way oversized! I ordered my size and some items even smaller, but everything was huge! They will usually either refund 20% or exchange with you paying the shipping, they will not refund the actual amount you spend! After I went to a great deal of trouble they offered a 40% refund still a fast cry from what every other online retailer does automatically! Save yourself the time and trouble, shop anywhere else!
Do not shop here. Company stated shipping would be 5 to 7 days. It's been a month and I still Don't have my item. When I tried to cancel my order, they refused to do so. Do not shop.
UPDATE: After threatening to write a BBB complaint, the company reached out and refunded my order. When or if I finally get the order, it's been over two months now, I told them I'll request a return shipping label and send the order back to China, where thy should have stated the order was coming from in the first place.
I highly recommend Rosegal. Great quality, comfortable material, excellent price, fast shipping, wonderful customer service and a great place to shop for overweight teenagers.
I have been trying to get a refund for the past 6 months. The items of poor quality were returned back in February. I have tried numerous times to speak to someone. They will not return any calls and state that they do not speak to customers on the phone, only thru e-mail. I have sent many, many e-mails. They have confirmed that they received merchandise months ago, but still refuse to refund my credit card (the original payment method) They said the I have to open a paypal account, that is the only way they will refund me! I do not want to open a paypal account and do not understand why I have to, I did not pay with paypal, I paid with my credit card. I have asked to please refund me either thru my credit card or mail me a check. I have been so patient, but now I am getting angry. They are very dishonest people, they do not call and they will only respond by e-mail once every 24 hours and when they do, they will not even respond to what I am asking, they just say, "sorry for your inconvenience, please send up your paypal account number." This is what they responded to the last 3 e-mails! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH, STAY FAR AWAY!

Rosegal is one of the best online stores for plus size women I've found in a long time! They ship all over the world and for me, that's great because I live in a small village and have a hard time finding clothing companies that will ship for free to my location.
They are always having sales and updating coupons for you to use. I love the points system that you can use towards free clothes and every 50 points is equal to 1USD!
Now let's talk about the clothes, Rosegal is always changing their selection and I love it! It makes me want to buy more! My wardrobe thanks to Rosegal is full of bright pretty colors and i have everything i need! Customer service is also fantastic and quick to resolve any issues i may encounter. I recommend this store to anyone looking for plus-sized clothes on a budget.

Rosegal has some fabulous looking clothes. And, I will admit, out of the two bathing suits I ordered, one of them fits great, looks great, very happy with it. The other one, ordered in the same size, same style but different color was way too big. When I left negative feedback for that one, they removed it. They only allow positive feedback on their website, so don't be fooled buy their rating. There should not be such a big difference in fit when they are the same size and style. Also, they do not allow refunds on a lot of items, not just bathing suits. Be certain of what you want and hope what you get fits.

Ordered face masks and hat with shield in April. Items not received by July and tracking information provided not helpful. Was told to wait "just a little longer" and items were delivered within a week. Very suspicious that the order arrived quickly only after I complained. I ordered clothing prior to this and returned it because it was cheap, small and not like the photo. Most of my refund was denied because they items had "been worn"... NOT! Will never orderf rom this company again. Beware!

I have tried to reach them on a number of occasions without success. I ordered two swimsuits both the same size. One has to be at least two sizes smaller than the other. I wanted to just order another one but no one would answer my emails. I'll never order from them again. I have a large family of females and they won't order from them either.

Shipping was on time. Everything was great quality. I loved everything it was as pretty as pictured.
I absolutely love them! I got 4 shirts. The first one I wear all the time. It is long with roses on it and sleeveless. It's beasutiful, comfortable, fits perfect and it's never faded. The second I got fits perfectly it goes great with every outfit it is red with sequences on it and it's so beautiful. I had one that didn't fit perfect but it was okay because customer service straighten it out for me. The other shirt I got is also super comfortable and so pretty. I will always buy from rosegal. It really is an amazing place for low prices and for bigger girls to have a beautiful style. I can't wait to buy more. Also I really expected it to take forever to get here but it didn't. I was so excited to get them and so pleased with what I have.

I recently ordered two bathing suits.(07/05/2020) From their plus size category. I was thrilled with the prices but quite sectical because of previous orders online from other websites with cheap prices. Needless to say they left me pissed and unsatisfied. With Rosegal.com I was really happy with the two bathing suits except... they didn't fit my chest. Not even close, even though I followed the size guide that was shown. I'm a 42DDD(US size) or Bust: 46in, Waist: 40in and Hips: 50in. Fit everywhere perfect. I was surprised though with how well they were made and that the material wasn't cheap feeling or looking. I contacted customer support only to realized that there was a no return policy for items that were on sale. Which both mine were. My mother liked them and they fit her so I gave them to her. She absolutely loves them. Customer support responded really quick with 3 different options to choose from though. All three were pretty awesome. I wound up choosing the first option which was to have them refund the entire amount to my Rosegal.com account. Since I still really wanted those bathing suits. It was deposited into my account really quick and they also gave me enough points to equal up to almost $9 towards my next or future order. I've done quite a bit of ordering online and definitely had my fair share of $#*!ty customer service people. But not once where the customer service people from Rosegal rude. They were really interested in making me happy. They definitely did that. Only thing I have to say is at least with their bathing suit is if you've got big ole boobies then order a size or two up from what the size guide says. I'd highly recommend this site and I'll definitely be a returning customer.
