I ordered $200 worth of clothes two months ago and I still haven't received them. My packages have been sitting at a location two hours from my house for a week now so they say. I should just drive and pick it up but I shouldn't have to do that. I ordered these clothes to wear for my birthday but they never arrived so I had to spend more money buying a whole nother outfit. Had I known the clothes were coming from Hong Kong I would have never purchased them, I already know that the clothes won't fit because their clothes run small. I had a terrible time requesting to return items I didn't like. Even though they had a complete record of everything I ordered, they requested pictures of all the tags, then a clarification of what I wanted to return. It felt like a stall tactic and that turned out to be true. Once I shipped the items back, I kept asking for a status on my refund. They would not say if they received it or not unless I provided a tracking number. Unfortunately, the shipping location I used was shut down in the pandemic so I had to wait 30 days until they opened again to get the tracking number. Once we tracked the shipment, LOW and BEHOLD, they received the shipment more than a month ago, even after they denied telling me if they received my return. Once I provided the tracking ID, they started the refund process. I really felt like they were waiting for me to give up and either keep the merchandise or forget that I shipped them back. In a time where easy returns are common place, this experience was NOT worth the discount process. Buyer BEWARE!

Their leggings look nothing like the photos on their website. The fabric material and print quality is cheap, cheap, cheap! They say that they have warehouses worldwide but they actually ship from Shenzhen, China. The only positive surprise was that my order took a little over a week to arrive. You are better off buying cotton leggings from your local shopping mall.

Ridiculous customer service! Purchased items one month ago, went back on line to track my package and noticed the times were still in the cart... checked my credit card and the charge went through. I'm now in a back and forth battle with what they call customer service as they don't believe they have received payment. Hey Rosegal... my credit card company confirmed that your merchant card service has received payment, stop refusing to admit you have not received payment and if you are truly unaware you should provide some customer service and figure it as it's clearly on your end and stop trying to pin it on the customer. It's absolutely terrible service for very mediocre goods. I was purchasing some fun Christmas items, I know these products are sub par but for some one time fun stuff it would have been fine, well with all this back and forth battle I now notice my whole order is sold out... how is this now going to get fixed Rosegal? These clothes take 4 weeks minimum to get here from China. They are horribly cheaply made, like kids' Halloween costume material, and look NOTHING like the pictures. The sizes are all wrong, so none of them fit. And just TRY to return them, if they even do let you, they will LIE and say they never got the package, even if you SHOW THEM the tracking information!

Sizes on items are inaccurate. I ordered a medium but the cut is child sized. Zero customer support beyond issuing a "ticket number". Returned for refund items: they offer only 20% of purchase price. You'll never see it! Their "support" dept wouldn't give me a return shipping address! MUST BE REPORTED TO OFFICIALS AS A FRAUDULENT CHINESE ORGANIZATION!

This company for one seem suspicious but I tried to help any business if possible. When I called about an item that was ordered 3 ago the response was " oh, your item will arrive late but there's a delay and pushed further back even more." I ask for the state the business was located and "jam" says he can't tell me due to company policy. I asked for a supervisor and he says they are all on vacation. Hi I'm Crystal I purchased items from this company once I received my items they where not the sizes I asked for so tried returning and they wouldnt give my money back, plus kept my items! I alerted the post office about this so they opened an investigation on them because this is the scam they are doing! So now I'm taking legal pursuit on them cause there are so many people affected by this including myself so please dont purchase anything from them they will not be worth the products or time they will in the end take your money and say they dont recieve your packages!

Do not order from this company. Clothes are made from jpeg images of jeans. Everything is polyester and cheaper than beauty supply clothes. Its a scam, and when you try to do returns, they won't respond.

Good experience with delivery and also great fabric material.
I bought last year a T-shirt from them, and the fabric is still as if it were new right now.
I placed an order in April of 2020... i spent around $200... It is now September 2020... I have not yet received my order... I ended up moving In July 2020... called and told them my new address... still never received my order. Asking for a refund since my items never arrived... have not yet received my refund...
