I can't remember if this is my fifth or sixth time ordering from Rosegal. I have ordered three items from their site on 9/25/20. It was a long wait but I didn't mind. I actually forgot all about it until the package arrived today. I got a large Plaid Panel Hooded Tunic T-Shirt and the material felt very nice. I also got the O Ring Strappy Skull Butterfly Print Tank Dress in a large size and loved how it looks. The third item is the Tie Dye Pattern Soft Flannel Blanket. This one was very soft. Loved all of them! I will continue to shop at Rosegal in the future.
Do not order from them! Size chart was not at all close to what they say and the quality is cheap! Not to mention bad customer service and I am having to pay out of my own pocket to even get a refund after they finally receive the clothing back!

Ordered a bathing suit; they sent it to the wrong address (wrong city and street address); despite my entering it correct on the site, they still managed to send it to a completely different place. After several weeks, I found out that it was returned to sender, due to it being an invalid address. Upon trying to reconcile, they said that it was my problem, and offered to send it out if I paid $20 for shipping, or they could give a partial refund. This was THEIR issue - I did NOT enter my own address incorrectly. They have consistently replied with the same "form" e-mail, and refuse to do anything about it. Will never do business with them again.

I made an order of four tops. I elected not to rely on the "number sizes". I used the size chart provided with each item. I took all of the appropriate measurements and found the corresponding size on the chart. * please note that depending on the item, the size was different based on the same measurements* I received the items quickly but when I opened the packages, the items were so large that you could but half of another person in there with me. I contacted them within an hour of the package being delivered. They told me I could exchange but I would have to pay extra shipping both ways for my return (when I had free shipping to begin with) or I could just keep the items and they would refund me 20%. I explained that the information on their site is incorrect or the items were not made to those specifications. Their customer service is a total joke. One blouse that should have come to mid-hip goes to my knees... Ridiculous!

The clothes are extremely ill-designed. For some reason, they think plus size women have a whole set of breasts under their arms as well because all the tops are baggy and raggedy looking in and around the chest area. When you try to return, you get a dysfunctional website, a phone line that keeps you on hold for a half-hour before answering, and then tells you they don't have time for you and then they hang up. They beat me out of $150. Don't believe the good reviews. That is why the good reviews all have the same wording because they are scammers.

I ordered three items from Rosegal. The bathing suit I ordered is good. I am happy with it. The two blouses however I am highly disappointed. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear based on reviews. When they arrived, neither fit even close to what the tags stated. The one was scratchy and the other made from 70s type polyester. Poly has come a long way since then and should not feel like this. But the size is the biggest complaint. These wouldn't even fit a tiny person let alone a plus size that I ordered. I have contacted CS many times and I get a generated email back about the bathing suit, which is not what I'm complaining about. I finally got a relevant response, but that is to send them the shirts back... on my own dime... and they will give me store credit. I will never be ordering from them again so store credit? Please... I have submitted a claim with BBB and hope to get my money back. Buyer beware! Also, the negative reviews I left the shirts magically disappeared... go figure.

This company does not provide merchandise (PPE) that has been ordered and paid for. It provides fake tracking reports to string you along for months, counting on the fact that eventually you will just give up on trying to get the merchandise or your money back. Seems to be a total scam.

I ordered on April 11th 2020 and as of July 15th still haven't received my items. They refuse to give me a full refund even after they said the shipper can't find the item. I decided to take them up on the partial refund and they said they would credit my paypal account. When that didn't happen they now say the product was delivered. Ridiculous company, ridiculous policies. No one should ever order from this company, unless you want to just through away your money. If your dumb enough to order from Rosegal, goo luck you're gonna need it.

I ordered $53 woth of shirts on April 15th. The first tracking number was invalid. After several weeks a contacted Rosegal and they stated that they had a problem with the shipping company and it had then been changed to FEDEX and I could expect the delivery within 7 -10 business days. I contact them again on June 1st after not receiving anything and they gave me bogus tracking information saying the item MAY have been returned due to an incorrect address. I verify with them that the address is correct and I received items from them years ago. I request a refund and they state that they will start an investigation to find out what happened to my order. I ask for phone number to speak to a live person and while they supply the number, they state the live agents only take pre sales calls. After not hearing from them again, I check the second tracking number they provided and it simply says " label created" so I create another ticket and ask for a refund. Again they tell me to verify my address because the items were returned on on May 26th and scheduled for redelivery May 23rd. I see two problems here, first, they didn't KNOW when I spoke with them on June 1st that the items had already been returned? Second, did they go back in time to redilver it 3 days earlier? Also, now just a few minutes after checking the tracking that said "label Created", the tracking number is now invalid... they are full of s***. I will be taking other avenues to get my money back. Not only will I never use Rosegal again, but I will tell everyone I know and post on every social media.

I placed my order from Rosegal in mid-April and received my order at the end of May. Shipping is a little slow but that does not bother me because the clothes are cheap and great quality. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchases.
I ordered a skirt from here and was shipped a smaller size. When I wrote to them, they immediately sent me a size up and a coupon for the mistake. Other items are also so affordable and super cute.
On this site you will find anything to suit all tastes for women, men and even children. Clothes, shoes, swimwear, accessories, etc. Great to browse through and see what tickles your fancy. Fair prices and rewards make shopping even more fun and worthwhile.
To return an item is ridiculous. They give you a ticket number and you have to wait for a shipping return address. Meanwhile 30 days have pass an you can't return. Or they give you a 20 per cent coupon to buy again from them.
If you have all the time in the world and don't care what your package looks like when it gets to you, then order from this company. I ordered 3 packages of masks on April 7th that were in stock. After about a month of not receiving my order, I contacted the customer no-service department. They responded with a tracking number that did not exist and thanked me for my patience. This process went on for the next month and a half. I told them I wanted a refund. They responded with their tracking, which had no entry for what had been 2 weeks (still in China). I reiterated that I wanted a refund, and they again thanked me for my patience (really?) and said they would look into it. I finally received the package: 3 boxes of masks in a Tyvek envelope. Yes, they looked as though they had crossed the Pacific Ocean in a rowboat. I will NEVER buy from this site again. I give it two stars because, unlike other customers, at least I did receive the order - eventually! Buy local, folks. That's my advice. I have to blame myself some because I did not look thoroughly into this company before I ordered. Maybe they're great for people in China.

I ordered two items from Rosegal on April 7. It is now June 24, and I have still not received my order. The tracking number they sent me doesn't work on either of the sites they said it would. It does, however, work on the USPS tracking site, which says that my package (if there ever was one) has been sitting in the same location in China since April 16. I think they just print shipping labels and somehow bamboozle USPS into believing there's a package attached. Their customer service responds with one flimsy excuse after another. Total scam!
Edit: My order arrived in September, five months after the order was placed. Goods were flimsy and cheap.
