Looking through the sites-shops selling women's clothing, I accidentally found out about a store like Rosegal. And I made my first order-it was a Dropped Shoulder Valentine Crop Sweatshirt. My order came quickly and is well Packed in a branded Rosegal package. The quality of this jacket I was very pleased! The fabric was very pleasant to the body! Since then, I have already made more than 5 orders for Rosegal and was not mistaken in my choice! I mostly ordered women's clothes! Everything is at the highest level! The quality is great! I placed a large order through this company. Their mobile app clearly showed that 1X was a UK16. On arrival the clothing was a UK20! I then disputed this and asked for a refund. The company refused to provide me with a refund and stated that my experience was incorrect.
I am therefore pushing it through PayPal for a refund! The company then offered me a $4 partial refund on a $224.02 order! Despite the fact that the error is completely on them!

Finally received the order of 4/16/20 on 6/8/20. Instructions for thermometer use are in Chinese only. Temperature reading in Celsius requires using a formula to convert to Fahrenheit. First 2 masks that I tried came apart----elastic straps need to be resewn! Amazing that they can remain in business. Luckily, this experience only cost $32.61. My bad for not checking Rosegal out before deciding to place an order.

Ordered protective face masks and a fever thermometer on April 16,2020. My credit card was immediately charged and I expected to receive the items in a timely period. Tracking info was pending & eventually discovered the items were being shipped from China... delivery expected in mid to late May! Very deceptive business practices! Requested a refund which Rosegal refused to do. My error for not checking this website prior to ordering. One and done with Rosegal. UPDATE 5/11/20---25 days since ordered. Delivery still Pending. Called the company to request their business address----They refused to give the address!

Placed an order with Rosegal mid-April. It's now mid-June and I still haven't received my items OR a return call, email, or message to my request for an update. "Tracking" information is of no use. It just says its stuck in California somewhere and has never even gotten to the USPS yet. If I don't receive my items soon, I will request a refund.

I have been trying to return some items I was not happy with, and each time I communicate with the company, they ask for more information. I get the feeling they have no intentions of taking back the merchandise and are using this tactic in the hopes I will just give up.

Their clothes are so pretty on the website. Once order was received I tried on all 4 tops. 1 fit but not correctly, too low of a neckline & the accent material didnt even fit across my breasts. The shrug fit 2 sizes smaller than I ordered plus its extremely short for a shrug. And the last 2 were too tight to even wear. The sizes do not match USA sizes. Loss of $71.84, Not a happy camper.

I ordered a bikini and waited 2 months for it. I contacted support several different times an was told many different things. My time frame changed several different times. I was told it was coming from China then California in the same day. I then got a ticket number for a refund, I still have yet got my refund. This website is a scam an I will not be ordering from here anymore. I'll be sure to let people know not to waste their money.

I ordered 4 items (face masks). One of the items was delivered and three were not (about $100 of products were not delivered.) I asked customer service about the other items and they said they were delivered. I clarified that only one was delivered (I believe that only 1 was ever shipped), and that I was lacking 3 items. They replied that the order had been delivered. I replied that this was incorrect again, they then replied that the order had been delivered and to check with my post office. Then I came here. Please don't let them rip you off too. They'll take your money and run.

I waited two months for a head thermometer which did't work. The manufacturer does not even put their brand name on the product - that's how little confidence the maker has in the product, but that doesn't stop Rosegal from marketing this substandard crap - the instructions are so poorly translated from Chinese they are a joke! Rosegal says they offer 2 day service but it's over a week and nothing! No wonder there are 174 pages of one-star reviews representing thousands of dissatisfied customers. Shame on Paypal for supporting these $#*!s!

I ordered 2 pair of pants and 1 top. The pants came promptly I was very satisfied with them. The top I am still waiting for almost 2 months later. I have sent several messages one of with they advised me it had already been delivered to someone perhaps I should contact the post office and see who they delivered it to! Really! I have asked for my money back on this one item. No avail. I have not contacted Paypal and I get no results with a timely fashion I will be putting a paypal claim in.

I made an order of 3 items on 5/5.
I chose expedited shipping method, which was 3-7 days.
It is now 5/16. I havent recieved any of the items and when i call the contact us number given, i get an automated " call back later" message.
Also, when i read the emails confirming my order and payment, I noticed it says I can track my package on the "website below". However, there IS NO "website below".
I am beginning to think this is a scam site and will be warning all of my friends and family about it.
If I don't receive the items soon I will also be disputing that payment with my bank.
