Terrible service. Ordered $62. Worth of merchandise on April 6, delivery time 2-3 weeks. After 3 received shipping notification and tracking no. Which was invalid. Online chat revealed that the rep could not locate the order. After further contact on April 30 zreceived an email that delivery would be around June 2. I no longer need the order and am in the process of getting my money back.

I ordered 2 bathing suits to go swimming and paid for priority shipping hopping it would be here quick . The last email I got was on April 11 saying it finally was shipped to FedEx and now it's almost may and it hasnt moved when I tried to at least get a date to when it will get here they say be patient . My friend ordered somthing after me on another website using fedex for a longer travel and got here way before me. Highly upset . Wish I could just have my clothes and give a good review but I cant even do that because they arent here .
I placed an order over a month ago. When nothing arrived after about 3 weeks I submitted an inquiry. They replied that the first item had been shipped, the other was still on back order. A week later when nothing had still arrived I inquired again. They replied that the first item had now been shipped from the warehouse in Guangzou! With no commerce going on between the U.S. and China during the pandemic that is the same as not being shipped at all. The second item was still not available and now not projected to be back in stock until another two weeks! I don't think these people stock anything. They just take your order, take a cut of the price, and then place an order with someone else to fulfill. I finally just cancelled the order. Enough is enough. Don't deal with these people. It is not worth the aggravation.

I placed an order that promised delivery by specific date (actual range of dates). An email came that said the order shipped 7 days prior to the last day of the date range. The end date came and no package. I contacted support who promptly told me that my order shipped the day before (on the last date of the delivery range) with a new delivery date range 3-5 WEEKS after what the website had promised. Had I known the ACTUAL delivery dates I NEVER would have placed the order. They DID PROMPLY take my monies for the order the day the order was placed. So they had my monies for about two weeks prior to even shipping the order. For my "inconvenience" they offered me a 10% off coupon. What a joke. I get emails almost daily from them offering discounts bigger than that. So buyer beware. If you order from them don't believe the dates they give you!

This company is a front for an overseas manufacturer. They have no control over their products or their logistics. And they do NOTHING to rectify the situation.
I ordered masks on April 6 that my mother needs desperately because of her health.
It said the items WERE IN STOCK.
When I discovered that they had not been shipped, I asked for a refund because I wanted to purchase elsewhere sooner. Even after I complained, the advertisement said that the masks were in stock. They told me at that point in mid-April that I could not cancel because it had been shipped.
But it wasn't shipped until APRIL 27. The tracking site still indicates no action on the item.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I purchase face masks and was told I would have them in 6-10 Business days. It's over two weeks and I am not able to verify the shipping information provide. Contacted them twice because I wasn't happy with being blown off. They keep telling me the information that is located on their website despite me asking other questions. I believe their customer service is just computerized. None of my questions where answered I am so disappointed when we are facing a pandemic coronavirus situation. I paid them my money and I am not able to get it back can't speak with any one, just a loosing situation. I have to find someone in the US where I can purchase face masks. Rosegal charged my VISA immediately after I ordered 3 different face masks. During a search led to Spain. After numerous attempts, I became alarmed that the website did not send me a verification and receipt on 4/8/20. I then filed a cancellation online Ticket PT*******188 with Rosegal on 4/9/20 and still did not receive a verification or notification. I alerted my bank after when I further discovered it is a company based in China.

When I check the tracking of my merchandise, the delivery date just keeps getting later and later! I am beyond frustrated at this point. I just love the clothes on offer at Rosegal. I ordered something in February. I got an email saying it was shipped on March 4th. The tracking information still shows that the shipping information was "sent to FedEx" but the package hasn't moved! Today is March 14th! I tried to contact customer service but get a robot chat. Ordered items over a month ago. Ordered on 2/8/2020. I still have not received them. I have contacted them; they say it is in the process and I should receive items soon. One or two items were on back order by 5-7 days. However, in their shipping link it says it has never left the warehouse on 3/2/2020 according to the email link. So they give me another link which isn't FedEx (the link sent in the email) which says it has left. I have no idea if the items will even be right. I know I won't even bother returning to them or anything as this order took forever. The chat personnel are very nice and only as helpful as they can be I guess. We will see if I get my items soon.

Dont buy from here. I cancelled the order because I was told it would be 3 weeks before they could ship. The guy said 24/48 hours and I would have my refund. I then got a we shipped your package email. Its been 2 days since I got that email after canceling 3 days ago. I called them again this morning because fedex says they have NOT recieved the package and the woman keeps telling me its been shipped I asked for a new tracking number then because the 1 I have says nothing has been shipped. Fedex says they dont have nothing! She then hangs up on me I call back to get a message that they cant take my call right now. I have called back from my number and get the same message. I called from my husband number and suprise suprise I got through just to get hung up on again and now my husbands number is getting the call cant go through message now. I have contacted the bank and they are now involved. I am also going to find out what else I can do. This is BS and this company is fake.
