I ordered what I thought was a North face jacket. It came with no tags, red flag #1 the quality was AWFUL, pretty sure it was used. I went through every North face jacket my family and I have and none of imprint of the logos look like theirs. The jacket was short and wide for a size Small. There are no other northface jackets online, even second hand websites. It looked fake and used. So gross. Customer service just ignores you. They sure don't mind taking a fee to return the awful item they sent you though! So, you order and they make money either way no matter what they send. It won't let me upload pictures or proof- the files are too large. I hope this helps someone else.
Not a fan of a business that charges you a return fee. The item didn't fit and so I loose 7.00? Won't shop there again bc of that.

Ordered 2 each of Reebok shorts & T-shirts. Within wearing once the ReeBook trademark fell off, didn't take a washing but when I did wash them some seams came loose. Use them now as rags, expensive rags at that. Avoid Proozy Items.

I was skeptical when I placed my order as well. Shipping was late although not really the issue. The items I received are most definitely not up to Under Armour standards. I must say I am 100% disappointed. Wore a couple of the items this weekend and they are garbage. If I wash these I can guarantee I won't be able to wear again. Company says everything is authentic but I call BS.

Took a very long time to get my order and the under Armour shirts were fake under Armour. You can see where the logos were ironed on (see iron marks) tags are not the same as real UA and cheap material used. Nice try proozy! You are a scam company!

Rec'd a Steve Madden coat that once laundered (using appropriate instructions attached to garment btw) fell apart. Attempts to contact Proozy by contact form failed repeatedly. Phone number that is U.S. Central time had recording saying office closed, this at 1528 hrs., when hours given as closing at 1730 hrs. Engaged in chat which was over 45 minutes with loooong pauses requiring prompts (do they want you to go away... methinks yes) which did not resolve issue (replace or refund). Was finally told they would "email me" instead of resolving on chat...
Note: Rec'd email denying refund/replacement. Reason: Item washed or worn. Note: Rec'd 9SEP21; laundered same day per instructions due to odor of garment.
This company is downright dishonest and a purveyor of shoddy goods.

Who charges for returns in this day and age? Oh, Proozy does. What a rip off. They have such great deals on clothes, but if they don't fit or you don't like them, you're pretty much forced to keep them because they charge more to return them than to ship them out.

The quality and style of the name brand shirt was the worst.
Either it is fake, a factory second, or both. Besides poor material; there was a spot on the shirt.
Their return policy is almost nonexistent. Even though I finally threatened enough to be offered a return credit, I would still have to pay my own shipping.
Between that, and the fact that I am not so sure I would even get the credit from this zero-integrity foreign company, I just kept the shirt and wear it when nobody will see me.

Upfront: I have ordered from this site one time. I ordered a pair of Reebok sneakers and a Reebok jacket. I am not a connisuer of name brand athletic apparel or shoes but these seem fine to me.
