Let's be honest. Most write a review when something goes wrong. And it has. I have returned items to Proozy and been satisfied when the items I purchased were precisely what I intended. But, I am always happy with the customer service. Amanda, the representative I spoke with today, was exceptionally kind and helpful, a truly pleasant experience this close to Christmas. No store, brick and mortar or online, gets it right all the time. But, life is short, and I give my business only to those who do their best to make it right when something does go wrong. Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy anything from Proozy. They have the worst customer service ever. I place an order since May but never receive my package as well as my refund back. Contacting with customer service through phone and email, but they give me attitudes. I am asked by dumbest question ever: how I know my package is delivered if I am not there. Seriously?!? I am not sure if they know what the email notification is. Then, they ask me to sign in the Affidavit and state that my case will be solved in two weeks. I send them the document that they required and even sent another email for the next day to confirm. I receive no email or phone from them since then. After 6 months, I finally reach them out as the suggestion from my bank to get the proof of cancellation for this transaction. Proozy once again brings me down by saying that they only receive a blank document, which makes no sense to me because I sent them an other following email after I send them the document. Hence, I request the screenshot as a proof of the blank document that they stated but they play the silent game again. If Proozy truly value their consumer and intend to solve customer concern, why don't you inform me instead of remaining silent all these time. Do not do business with this kind of careless and irresponsible company if you want to face all these crazy things!

By mistake I ordered a wrong size of clothing. I had emailed them stating the concern. Immediately without any further questions they responded saying that they have updated the size and that's what will be delivered. First time I'm seeing a customer service with a prompt resolution other than complicating it. Customer service agent name is Corin. Special mention to her kudos guys.
The products are of quality and truly represented but shipping times are insane for this day in age! I know in the future that it will influence my decision of buying anything else from them.
Ordered 2 under armor golf shirts. When received one shirt incorrect size. Contacted Proozy and they responded same day. Sent instructions on how to return and it went very smoothly. They are sending replacement in a timely fashion. Will use them again
I have ordered 3 times from Proozy. Two orders arrived and I couldn't be happier. I bought brand names at cheaper then Wal-Mart prices. My third order I somehow ordered the wrong size of two items. I emailed them at night about error and they corrected the mistake before shipping the next day. I couldn't be more satisfied with a company. I have recommended to my friend and I'm certain they too will have a great experience. The shipping is slightly delayed, just as Macys and other like stores are during the holidays but is not an issue for this old woman. Yes I'm 62 and I wear Under Armor, Adidas, Canada etc because they last. I'm certain you will like their clothes as well.
Bryan was awesome! I had a double order & he assisted me by combining the order into one. He also helped me determine the size I needed.

I ordered from them and after 3 weeks I had not received the product. The help email was a bot and was useless. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and was able to get a refund through them. Im convinced this is a scam site.

I had an issue with an order and I was really worried that I was going to have to take a loss for something that I didn't receive. The package looked like it had taken a beating during its travels. Proozy sent an email stating my package was delivered to my address and it wasn't! I checked with my neighbors also thinking maybe it got misplaced! I never received my package nor a refund for the products I didn't receive! Ridiculous! Never will I purchase anything from proozy! A bunch of crooks!

I received an email for BOGO on a product. When I went to use the code I got a 404 error because that product had sold out. I sent a note to Proozy regarding the 404 error. They asked what product I was interested in, then within a day generated an invoice for me to purchase that same product giving me the BOGO offer. Great job Proozy and Claire!

I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order.
