On my last purchase I received an Under Armour item that had a defect that was only apparent after washing. Normally you have to return items in new unwashed condition. I ordered a "surprise" North Face jacket fully expecting to get an unpopular color but just have something decent for fall weather in WI. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a black one, which is so versatile and I will be able to wear much more. This is my second time ordering from Proozy and I have not been disappointed in their products. Shipping is a bit on the slow side, but it's worth the wait. Hoping to visit the brick and mortar store the next time I am in Minneapolis.

Proozy is a great place to shop online. They have lots of sports oriented clothing and accessories such as sunglasses, back packs, as well as shoes. Their prices are always great! The selections are varied and the items often very unique. Customer service is super top notch as they are always helpful and friendly.

I'm so pissed off I waited for an order that the North Face had no tags and is not the one pictured. I'm thinking Surprise maybe on the color but not the whole design. The one advertised had a hood and was longer. This appears to be an Osito style knock off. The stitching is not the same as my other North Face I bought from Macy's. I knew the price was to good to be true.
I ordered A pair of Ray Bans from Proozy and the Ray Ban logo scrapes off with just a cleaning cloth. It's made in China with Chinese writing on the side. I am Aware some Ray Bans are made in China but this is an obvious KNOCK off. So disappointed. Also was charged for two shirts I never received. Sent them the order number and at first they REFERENCED A COMPLETLY different order even after I sent Pictures of their actual order confirmation. Their latest E mail states this was from 2017 when clearly it states otherwise. Their customer service is horrible. Buy under your own risk and expect a mediocre product with very little customer service. Good luck on getting ANY issue resolved. I gave them numerous opportunities to make this right before this review. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I just had a recent experience that I'd like to share with you: yesterday I was trying to make a purchase of an Adidas bundle (shirt and short) for $20. For some reason, the code to get that price wasn't working and I was lucky to reach out to Bryan in customer service who tried and made it work for me. That's the kind of support you expect when you're a loyal customer.

I saved a lot of money on some name brand quality products from North Face in one transaction and from Adidas in another. I am male, 53 years old who likes spoiling loved ones and also-rans like to pinch his pennies twice, especially shopping online. I forgot to add someone's gift to my purchase so I called Proozy to see if I could add something to an already existing order. All reps were already engaged at the time and I was prompted to leave a message and they would get right back to me. Famous last words, right!? I planned on calling them back after waiting for a while. Before I could do that, lo and behold, I get a call back from a wonderful Customer Service Rep named Claire. She was extremely patient, more than pleasant, very knowledgeable with professionalism in her customer care! I was able to add 2 items to my order (quantity 2, size XS, Adidas Leggings@ $9.99 a pair) giving me peace of mind on what to get for my gift and saved a ton on shipping. Claire held my hand the whole way and more! She took care of it all right there on her end in one fell swoop. No back and forth frustrating phone tag, or customer service hide and seek. She reminded me that a similar problem I had in a previous transaction, also with Proozy, with the same excellent customer satisfaction. I, regretfully, can't remember her name at the moment, but she helped me switch out a color and size of a North Face Osito Jacket that was 1 of quantity 3@ $48.99 each. The price was a steal. I double checked online and everywhere else, the going price was around $100, that's why I bought. 3. I would gift them to someones later this year giving me piece of mind, already having the gift ready made of great quality in a name brand, big ticket item at a super bargain.
I received an incorrect item and notified Proozy on the weekend. Monday morning, I received a call from Proozy Customer Service.
I returned the call and spoke with Darcy. She quickly created a new order for the correct item, and did not want to inconvenience me with returning the wrong product. She suggested donating or giving to someone who could use it.
I am extremely pleased with Proozy's prompt response and prompt resolution. Darcy was also professional and courteous.
