Placed an order and realized that the free shipping promo did not process and got charged for shipping. I emailed Proozy right away and Laquetta immediately refunded the shipping cost. Very quick response and great customer service!

I shop Proozy often and constantly find the best deals with the best discounts, but recently I had an experience where some of the items I purchased were not up to the standards advertised. I contacted Proozy and they immediately credited my credit card for the purchase and apologized but the items were not as pictured or advertised. So many online sellers abandon customer service, but Darcy at Proozy went above and beyond. She updated my order when I mistakenly selected the wrong size, then - when there was an issue with shipping - she resolved the issue and informed me about it before I even knew there was a concern. I received my order only to discover one item was a partial zip instead of a full zip. I sent an email. Next thing I know, they had mailed me the correct sweatshirt and told me to keep the incorrect one. All the products I ordered were high quality. I will definitely be doing more business with Proozy.

I purchased a lightweight bomber Jacket which previous reviews stated it ran small, so I purchased 1 sz up. It was still too tight so I returned it. I read the return policy whichever stated there would be $7 fee for return label. They charged over $15 on a $53 purchase... so they are making money off of the returns. SCAM! I WILL STICK WITH REPUTABLE MAINSTREAM COMPANIES WITH FREE RETURNS... I WAS TRYING TO SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS.
Sent back 5 articles of clothing in the same package but they claim they never received 2 of the items that were $30 a piece! It was all in the same package and after months of emailing they've done nothing to fix it. They even sent me an email there was an error in their system when sending me the return label for the pants. The return label they sent did not include the pants on the scan even though all the items were in the same package!
Terrible return department
I purchased a couple of womens Adidas workout pants and was looking forward to getting them. Waited and waited then I saw an email saying my package was delivered! I was home the whole time not once did anyone ring my doorbell or knock on my door! I sent proozy a email letting them know what had happened they told me they were showing that I received my package and I told them just because it says I received it doesnt mean I actually received it. These delivery people dont even deliver the packages and say they did and keep them. I was told to print out an affidavit and return to them which I did and that they would either resend package or return my money neither which has been done I placed my order the end of February! Very disappointed and will never purchase from them again!
I bought two jackets in Nov for my boys for Christmas. My one son wore the jacket for two months and started having problems zippering. When I looked at it four of the zipper teeth fell off. I emailed the company and they said they can't do anything because it's passed the 30 days. I will never buy anything from this company again. It's a shame you spend a lot of money on something that just falls apart.
