Like another reviewer, I mis-ordered a size. I noticed right away and sent an email to customer service. They wrote back right away and asked for the correct size. They were able to make the adjustment before shipping. Great help!

Outstanding

I have been using Proozy for some time now and have never had any bad experiences. I recently had to cancel an order and Paige was extremely helpful in cancelling that order and expediting another order I had placed. While the products are items I like, the service will keep me coming back... As I said, OUTSTANDING...

Great Customer Service

Ordered exchange

I had ordered a coat for my daughter and then of course like a normal teenager she changed her mind on the color, I was able to contact their support about my order and they changed the color for me immediately without any hassle! I can't wait for my order to come in because my daughter thinks she is still getting the other color! She will be so surprised! Thank you Ashley from Proozy Support!

Return robot

Two items purchased through Proozy. Both items made in China and were critically undersized. Trying to return using Proozy automated system was frustrating. Once I contacted a live person (Ashley), return authorization was simple & Ashley was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with result prior to ending call. Not impressed with products but customer service is fabulous.

Very poor processing and item management

Ordered a product and it took 8 days just for them to decide to find the product and package it. 14 days later (22 days total) the product still hadn't arrived so I reach out to them for an update. They say they cannot do anything until 14 business days have passed. Once that time passes then they can reissue the order. 7 more days pass (29 days total) and they say that they will cancel the order, but the product is no longer available for them to replace. Customer service acted like they really didn't care or wanted to do anything to make it right. This was a clown show from the very beginning.

Proozy may have some great deals, but they are a misleading manipulative company with very poor customer service who doesn't value their best customers at all.

To get the best deals you need to take advantage of their daily sales distributed via email (with each item requiring a separate promo code). The catch is you can only use one promo code per order meaning that if you want the discount on more than one item you have to place a separate order for each item paying additional shipping charges each time. It also means you can't redeem your points on those orders or take advantage of any percentage off deals as well.

They also don't stand behind their product. When they sent me a vest that was clearly mismarked on size they refused to acknowledge the mistake and required me to pay for shipping to return it. They also often don't answer their customer service number or return voice mails. And when I sent them multiple emails and filled out multiple surveys expressing my concerns and telling them they were gonna lose a customer who has bought dozens of items from them, they didn't even bother to respond.

Needless to say, I won't be buying there again. Buyer beware!

I've been a customer for about a year. It's been a hit or miss on items. But when I do find something it is always a great price and great quality. Standard shipping can take a while to shop, so as long as you expect that you won't be disappointed. There are a lot of bargin sites like this one, but this one has great customer service, quick responces to their help email, and always quality items. They send a lot of emails but I don't mind, it allows me to find great deals fire me and my family.

I thought I ordered a spyder black hoodie XL but noticed on my order email it stated size L I called up customer service and fixed the problem and also gave priority shipping this is a company I will order again with and you can't beat their prices.

Not worth it

I've had orders cancelled twice weeks after ordering. They have no problem holding your money for merchandise they know they can't fulfill. Sometimes they ship part of an order but still charge the full shipping. They use the cheapest possible shipping so orders take 3 weeks to a month to arrive. Customer support does not help. It's not worth it, stay far away.

Sketchy company

I signed up for email alerts to get an additional 10% off my order. It wouldn't take the code at checkout. So after I completed my purchase I emailed their customer service to ask them to take off the 10%. I was told I couldn't use that since I'd used the other sale promo, so why offer it? Almost two weeks after I order, I still hadn't received any status on my order. I emailed them to find out what was going on...no response. Then, the next day I get an email, " your order has shipped". They didn't mind charging my credit card though when I placed the order. This doesn't make your company look very reputable.

My item still hasn't shipped almost 3 weeks later. And I emailed them and no one has gotten back to me after multiple attempts to contact them. This was supposed to be a present. Guess not. Thanks proozy!
