Ordered an item that was extremely damaged and couldn't be worn. Nails showing in foot bed. Left several messages, no one got back to me. I kept calling until I got someone. They finally gave me a code to use Happy Returns to return these. Went to return the item and the code did not work, twice. Called several times more, with no answer or return call or message reply. I then got a message that they don't use Happy Returns anymore (yet they sent me a return code) and I'd have to send back USPS with a return label sent in a separate email. After they already inconvenienced me, sent a return code with no intention of it working. I Never got the email and return USPS label either. Seems scammy to me. Beware!
I have placed two orders with Proozy.com. I took advantage of the special codes provided in their emails. The first order came through no problem. The product was first quality and exactly as presented. The second order was filled and shipped as quoted. Upon receipt I found that one of the two items was the wrong size. Contacted *******@proozy.com. After providing a picture a refund was promptly issued.
Both orders were priced right and I am looking forward to placing another order.

They have recently started an insulting return policy. You pay the shipping back AND you pay a $8.99 'Restocking Fee'. I recently purchased two colors of the same item that was under $20. The wrong size arrived, I notified them and they said the return/shipping rules would apply. I would not pick the wrong size on one color and the correct size on the other color. They said that my order had the wrong size. I would be losing more than I paid for the item if I returned it. They have not responded to two emails. After a minor issue, I reached out to customer service who responded quickly and rectified the issue just as quick, also offered a refund or discount due to the experience. But I've used Proozy before with no issues.

This site is a total scam. They advertised three Under Armour polos for $42. They sent one for that price and it didn't even arrive yet they said it was delivered. Total rip off.
I made a purchase and had to make a return (package unopened). After not seeing the charge back on my card, I contacted them for them to tell me "they were having problems charging my card back" and offered to mail a check. Two weeks after they said they'd mail it, I told them I hadn't received it yet and asked what the other options are.
No reply. No refund.

I ordered a winter coat (incredible deal, btw) and it had a defect on the branding patch on the sleeve. The (prominent) logo patch on the sleeve reads "Canada Weather Gea" - without the 'r' in 'Gear'. I realize in the grand scheme of things this is not impacting the wearability of the coat, however, it does make it appear to be a 'knock-off' and not an authentic article of clothing.
I contacted customer support (and attached a picture of the defect) and Caleb's immediate response was to (first) apologize for the defective item being shipped to me; (second), immediately place an order for a replacement; and (third), email me a pre-paid return label to send the defective coat back to them.
This is the kind of company that I (and I would think that almost everyone) wants to do business with. The only somewhat negative thing is that it takes several days to process and ship an order - however, that used to be considered 'normal' -- and we have to remember that not all companies are giant entities that have tons of employees at their beck and call. The important thing is that they try to 'get it right', and if its not, they fix it. Take a look at their site and jump on their deals - great prices for name brand clothing.

My husband takes a size 40 in pants, so I ordered a size 40. They fall off his hips! I called the number provided and was told they no longer do exchanges. I would have to return (fee of $8.99) and reorder at not the sale price. Needless to say I am not happy. There was nothing in the description stating that they run large or to order a size down. I will not do business with Proozy and will warn everyone!
