Bought a Under Armour polo that was too small and returned it. The shipping was 8.95 to ship it to Maryland and then they charged 8.95 to ship it back. So a 41.80 charged got a 23.50 return. Will not do business there again

I recently purchased three shirts from Proozy. After the order arrived, I noticed that one of the shirts was not cut properly. I contacted Proozy's customer service group using their on-line contact feature. I was extremely pleased with their response time, less than 24 hours, and resolution of the problem, within 48 hours. The customer service representative I deal dealt with, Shantyza, was extremely helpful and professional as she worked to resolve the issue. Based on this experience I will not hesitate to use Proozy again; great selection, great prices and super customer support.
I thought I had bought two shirts on Proozy but ended up only getting one. I later realized that the code I put in didn't work, but not until I had received the one shirt. I reached out to Customer service, and they are sending me a shirt for free. I was really amazed! Great company and very honest!
The quality of the products seem like they are fine upon first receiving. Though the sizing charts don't seem to match the items. I ordered two medium sweatshirts in size youth medium based on what the chart suggests, but unfortunately the sizing was way too small so I would recommend ordering at least two sizes up.
I checked the return policy/exchange policy and it states that they do both. It states that if something doesn't fit they are happy to exchange it for a different size. I contacted customer service to see if we could go ahead and exchange for a youth XL and they told me they don't offer exchanges BUT I could return it for a $9 fee, plus outbound shipping charges *IF* the item was damaged. Which would essentially be almost as much as I purchased said items for.
In conclusion, the return and/or exchange policy doesn't seem to matter, so basically you get what you get and forget what their policy says.
Size chart says xl fits a 40, its closer to a 44. I have called at all times of the day and get we are closed message. I have sent multiple emails and no response.no chance I will be a repeat customer.

I received an under armor jacket that had a hole in the shoulder. I immediately emailed the company, and within a few short hours they emailed me back asking for a picture. Understandable. They apologized and immediately began the refund process. Can't ask for much more than that!
On a separate order, I noticed that they cancelled one of my orders. I emailed them, and they immediately refunded me.
