Don't waste your time ordering from these clowns seeing I placed an order 1 month ago and have tried reaching out multiple times whether by phone or email and I'm yet to hear back from anyone there! I emailed them to refund asap then filed a PayPal refund! I noticed I had ordered from them last year around the same time and had 2 refunds! Obviously I forgot how piss poorly managed this company is and Obviously I had the same issues last year! I will never make this mistake ever again after this years ordeal especially seeing these are xmas gifts for my kids (teenagers) and I was depending on having these for them seeing they needed the warmer clothes I purchased them for the winter! $#*! these people!
I ordered Nike sandals on October 31st, 2023, about two weeks later kept emailing them and the sent one email stating they have alot of orders. Now almost a month later they send me a email that they canceled my order to no stock on product! Like really will not be ordering from them ever again!

Proozy's interactions with me were a model for how online commerce should work; we confirmed the issue, a refund was made (since an alternate size was not available). Polite, swift, and clear interactions with no fuss, or argument, or demand. This was an honest mistake that was dealt with honestly, and fairly. My most recent order was missing an item, after a short chat with customer support I was refunded for the item. A few days later it arrived in a different box. I let them know and they said I should consider it a gift. Needless to say, I am very pleased with Proozy.

I ordered some leggings and a top through Proozy. Both items were a little disappointing, but over all OK. I was the 1st to submit a review of each item. When I tried to write a review, the site would not recognize my password, so I used my google profile. To submit the review, I had to also submit my name and email (they had that when I chose my Google profile as a way to sign-in). Then, I had to verify my email by clicking on a link in the email they sent to finish the submission of my review. SURPRISE SURPRISE ~ the link returned "This site can't be reached" Pretty tricky, no wonder there were no previous reviews.

I ordered some boots from Proozy on 8/10. Got an order confirmation. Never got a shipping confirmation so on 8/21 sent an email asking about the shipping. After waiting a couple of days I was sent an email letting my know my order had been canceled and I had to wait 5-10 business days for my refund. Had I not emailed and asked where my order was, they would have just kept my money.

I reached out and they waived the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for the correct size shorts I had to re-order.
