I paid $20 for a lead to do a garage floor epoxy, It said I was the 1st to reply within a few minutes, I called and texted the number and no one ever replied, They said they would refund my money they never did. I think fraud scam rip off
Canceled contract last minute could not rebook job for 2 to 3 months. Quote was overpriced but I was desperate to have shed installed before winter, my tools are outside because we tore down are old shed. Would not recomend.

From Porch.com…to "Poor-rich". Non
I have been a featured Pro on Porch. Com for several years and I have to say that since the IPO the overall quality of the service has gone from mediocre to poor, even horrible. They DO NOT honor their satisfaction guarantee at all, in fact it is about and out lie. They have more excuses that the COVID-19 pandemic! I have gotten nothing but run around and zero refunds on bad or fake leads this year, the roof leads we're bulk dumped into the system and sold as fresh, they were so bad I quit buying them at all because they wouldn't honor the refund promise and there have been no improvements to the quality and value of the service since receiving Billions of investment dollars. In fact the customer service has gone away almost completely. I imagine they have dropped sales numbers 20-30%! Closing ratio per lead …They also do not accept many valid acceptable payment methods such as Cash App or any prepaid visa or MC payment methods. They are not responsive to resolving pro customer complaints or making an effort to show deference when we are in a bind. They have gotten high and mighty and treat the pros like second class citizens with no rights or authority. I would highly recommend going elsewhere to find a lead services that is honest and customer centric, the new name is Poor-ch. Non I hope the CEO reads this and gets replaced or Something

The questionnaire on Porch only took 10 minutes to complete for 2 bathroom remodels, and I was contacted by 5 contractors all within 48 hours! Very convenient resource.
Porch landscaper took me for $2900 with no work done, criminal charges filed. Porch refuses to stand up to their guarantee although they said they had approved the $1000.If possible zero stars would be appropriate. Cecil Durham. Proof of purchase etc already sent and approved.

They do not answer their phone EVER. They do not return calls when I leave messages EVER. They do not respond to emails EVER. My point of contact Andy, who gave me his "direct number" did NOT give me a direct number. But it doesn't matter because he doesn't answer the phone, return messages, or respond to emails either.
They literally have NO customer service at all.
I was called by A Porch associate to see what contractor services I needed for my new home purchase, I booked movers and scheduled pods delivery around movers, only to receive an email from PORCH that job was canceled they couldn't find movers after all.

This was my first experience with this website. I found them very responsive. The pro that was selected was amazing. Conner Rawlins from Foundation Professionals of Florida contacted me and was very happy to assist me. Our appointment was very pleasant and a very informative education on what actions could/should be needed for my project.
The vendor never got back in touch with me, to schedule a site visit/estimate.

Inadvertently sent to this company twice. Both times they had the wrong project written down. Received multiple calls for services I didn't ask for. Called me at 7am 4x in a row. 2 reps hung up on me as soon as I stated I wasn't interested. Call center tried to get me to an agreement to receive additional solicitations for other "related" services. Received multiple calls after saying no to this. Stay as far away from this service as possible.
Set up an appointment and tried to talk to someone. People did not speak English and did not listen. Their pickup service wasn't. They cancelled without telling me. I probably got lucky,

Do not become a pro they promise you stuff and it's no different than paying one at a time they offer you things that is not true

I tried twice to get some help using Porch. They provided about 6 different telephone number to contact, but when I tried to contact them I got no answers from any of the numbers provided.
The installer was on time and had the correct equiptment to install the fan in the 14 ft. Ceiling. He worked quickly and was finished in about 1.5 hours. The price was resonable.
