I had a little bit of an issue with the delivery. Which happens from time to time. But they were understanding and the talked with me and the product showed up and was in good working order. And it did everything they claimed it would
I haven't used the pumps yet, but I intend on using some of them soon. Pentair needs to beef up their packinf boxes because they arrived well worn.
I discussed the product I was planning on buying, and talked in depth about it with their customer service rep, who seemed to be more like someone running the business, because he was so knowledgeable and insightful and most of all, understanding of my concerns.
I've bought products from them before and both their prices and customer service are so outstanding, I don't really look elsewhere, even stopped looking on Amazon.

The wand for my outdoor blinds broke and I purchased this replacement item. It works great and is much better than the wand that came with the blinds. Easy to use.
The slide was even better than the picture. I wasn't really to excited about it. But when we took it out of the box. It's really a nice slide and I love the look. I would recommend this slide
The only issue I had was that I had to construct a spacer to raise the pool guard so it was within the limits in the installation manual. Once I inserted the spacer to maintain the throat between 2.5 inches and 5.5 inches the pool guard worked great. It is a little pricey in my opinion for the material involved in the construction of the product but you can't really put a price on a potential life could be saved by this product.
The diving board and deck were delivered quickly and in good condition, Unfortunately the hardware required for attaching the diving board to the deck was missing. A claim has been filed and will hopefully be resolved quickly.
These folks even have an easy to use website, with a wide variety of products to choose from. Well be using these folks again!
The pool pole I received is the best I've ever had. Only problem is the shipping cost ($50). Kind of outrageous
A company that values retail customers in the pool supply business. Great service and selection. I needed parts for a pump that other sellers didn't even list. The had the parts and had them on my front porch in 3 days with no outrageous shipping fee.
Very pleased with the delivery and service. The product is still a little challenging and not working as expected however I am working on it. The product works about 90%.

Item as stated, fast shipping and excellent customer service. Their price for intelliflo was better than anything else on the web or local.
We had an issue getting our product shipped and received on time. I paid for expedited three day shipping but did not receive the product when expected. When I called the sales rep immediately looked in to the issue and overnighted the product so that we were able to continue our pool build project without a delay!
Had some hiccups with Estes delivery service on my pool heater. Large item. Needed to be on a lift truck. But all in all great service. Everything else I ordered was tracked accurately and arrived on time as expected. Will order here in future for sure.
