The tile was to be 12x12 and what come was 113/4Ă—113/4 so it did not match my tiles. I will still use them but am not as pleased as I was when I first found them on your web site.

Following receipt of damaged fan shroud, the replacement arrived promptly, installed easily, and I'm well pleased.
The product is great however, the delivery of the unit was unsatisfactory. The driver delivered it to another suite at the building and told my staff he would charge my card $100.00 to deliver it the suit it was supposed to be dropped of at. So my assistant had to drag the unit to our suite because I was not there to do it.
