I needed some replacement 1" x 2" pool tiles. Pool Supply Unlimited had a good selection to choose from. I was able to find similar tile to the ones that were installed 20+ years ago. Product arrived quickly and in good condition.

I emailed them requesting information about a leaking valve I had with an automatic actuator. They were really helpful in sending me schematics and letting me know exactly what replacement parts after they asked me to send them pictures so they can determine the valve type I had. I should have realized something wasn't quite right when the shipping costs were nearly the same as the parts I ordered. Then, upon arrival, incorrect parts were included. Pool Supply Unlimited quickly replaced the wrong parts with the correct ones, once I called them. I had to share a photo with the service rep showing the wrong parts.
I love the products and prompt service. I will definitely order more product from Pool Supply Unlimited on future projects.
The heater was shipped almost immediately which is greatly appreciated. However when opening the box we noticed a dent in the heater.
I called to see what their policy is about damaged equipment and am waiting for an answer sometime early next week.
The light was broke in shipping and they quickly sent me a new one. Only problem is that the 2nd one broke also. But the people have been very nice to work with. I am sure these very nice people will send me another one hopefully packaged a bit better.

We purchased the Dolphin Nautilus CC+ vacuum and cart. IT WORKS GREAT! Cart was a bit difficult to assemble, but once done, an absolutely essential item. Cartridge filters are so easy to clean and re-insert. Thank you, Joe, once again, for your excellent recommendation.

I needed this tool to remove two skimmer plugs. I tried a number of tools that I had on hand prior to ordering this, but nothing could get them to budge.
I got both plugs out within five minutes of receiving this tool.
I'd have given five stars except for the fact that the barrage of emails from this company was relentless. At least one a day from the day I ordered. WAY too many, you need to dial it way back folks. I didn't unsubscribe until after I had received this order but believe me, I hit that unsubscribe link shortly after removing the plugs.
Answered my questions before ordering and then I received the item in a week! Now to get it installed properly then we will be set!

I ordered a pump and when it arrived, the base was broken. Pool Supply Unlimited did respond to my email complaint and they are sending a new base. It has not arrived, but I am hopeful. I would order from Pool Supply again.

The Rep. Listened carefully to my situation and then directed me to the right product. Then helped me complete the order on his side. We then got the equipment ordered in just 2 days. Previously I ordered this pool pump from another company only to discover that they never even had a pump to sell. They were only a middleman. Yet when you read the website it imply's they have a pump to sell. I then got a notice telling me the pump was coming from Hayward and it would be another month, when I needed it yesterday. I cancelled that order and am happy I dealt with this company which actually HAD a pump to sell.
Received order, but called after 5 days to make sure it was not being delayed. Good thing because order had not even left their warehouse. Very nice Venesa assisted in getting it back on track but disappointed because I had install contractor ready had it been on time.
Have been cleaning my pool with an old style $35-40 pole for 20 years. This one is so much better, longer, incredibly easy to adjust the length and can hand large weighted nets full of leave/tree buds easily in my 50,000 gallon pool. Wish i knew about this sooner!
