I feel like they take you through a lot. I feel that if i already have an open direct deposit I shouldn't have to go through yet another direct deposit I'm currently waiting on a device that I ordered months and was approved for months ago when all they had to do was update my amount on there end…but yet I'm still waiting.

I recently reached out to payper because i noticed my credit went down because I had 4 missed payments, my employer changed my direct deposit and I had forgotten so I missed payment on $1.00 dollar for 4 months. I reached out to payper and asked if they can help remove the late payments from my credit report as i wanted to purchase a home in the near future, and they said they could not help. What is your opinion am i in the wrong for asking?

I had an issue, where my job deposited my whole paycheck instead of the normal payment. Someone from prepay called immediately to rectify the situation. I appreciated that they called me to clear things up. I've been shopping with them for 4 years and will continue to do so.

I always tell my close friends and co-workers about Perpay. I have been using them for a really long time, and I also love having a credit card with them that helps my credit, along with ordering and paying on time. Check them out! They have fantastic new items from well-known brands.

Perpay has given me the advantage to get the nice things that i normally wouldn't be able to afford at the mall or stores! The direct deposit allows my payments to be withheld directly from my check making it super convenient and no chance of missing a payment my credit score has in creased 3points since using perpay! This is an amazing app and super beneficial for those who work hard and deserve nice things but also live paycheck to pay check! Thanks perpay! Y'all are amazing! P. S the customer service is always fast to respond and help in the fastest but the best way possible!

I have been approved for Perpay for a few years but I never used the app and one day I just happen to go into the app and I decided to check it out so I ordered a few things and I am so very pleased that I did… best app ever

I have been trying to get a response back from the support team about the Apple Watch that I didn't receive it's supposed to been delivered on the 19 and today is April 27,2025. So that they can contact fed x to help with the investigation, so I'm going to remove the payment until I get the item that I'm paying for.

I have been using this service for years and I love it so easy and they have a lot of the items I always look for and it helps with big ticket items I love this service and never usually have any issues will continue to use.

Even though I received a tv that was broken to pieces and I wasn't able to get a refund or replacement I still love Perpay and all of the items that they offer. It's very affordable and the best part is they help with building up your credit score. I am so glad 😌 for this website! Keep up the great work Perpay

I signed up for Perpay 10 weeks ago and have not received my credit card. I have had debits from my payroll for two months now. My account has had a credit for over a month and I cannot use this because I am not happy with your in store products or pricing. I have called 4 times in the last month regarding my lack of credit card. I think this company may be a scam. I don't think I will every get a credit card. If I do not receive a card in 5 days, I will report this to the BBB. And, I will tell everybody I know NOT to sign up with Perpay.

Very good site if you need time paying for high ticket items. Only thing that I don't like is that you have to pay extra if you want them to report to the credit bureaus. That should be automatic without having to pay a fee.

I started using Perpay last year around October wasn't really sold at first looking at the prices and the whole direct deposit before shipping idea. Eventually I set up my Direct Deposit and received my product a few days later. Best decision I ever made my score was very low and no one would offer me anything because of it. Now since using Perpay the last few months I have managed to rebuild my credit and also qualify to be a first time home buyer something I was unable to do 6 months ago

So my experience with this app, I got the iPad offer here made the payments faithfully but it's saying I owe 200 and something dollars for something that I don't even know because I think they still would've been taken out for my direct deposit. I'm trying to order something now and I don't know if it's gonna come or not and I really Like you guys. I'm just trying to get stuff to buy.

Ever since being with Perpay, I have been able to purchase items I need, regardless of my credit score! Since I started using Perpay my credit has went up 20 points!

I've been using PerPay for a little over a year now, and I can't say enough nice things about them. The payback option is seemless with integration with your jobs payroll, and they only approve you for what you can afford, which keeps you from sinking into a hole.

The selection of items is amazing (only wish their game and lego options were updated and expanded), but you can basically find EVERYTHING here.

And I can't say enough good things about the support staff! They always respond quickly and provide you with the information you need!

I have been trying for hours and several emails later I still have not received a response from someone who can assist me with speaking to a customer service representative about my issue. I have vision issues and it's frustrating and very difficult for me to communicate via email or text please consider that not everyone wants to be typing out their issues I am personally offended that a company would make it this difficult for those customers who don't have email access all day
