I have been using per pay for a few years now it helped boost my credit score. It also is a way to get big items and designer products without having to pay the whole price upfront.
Representative Kevin was the best customer service experience I've ever had for any problems I've had. He kept in contact with me and solved my item issue quickly!
I was 30 days late once and they reported it twice. I'm assuming they're gonna do it a third time. Don't do it unless you really need or want something
Great Quality, Fast shipping... usually, It sucks that it's kind of lie starting over during each purchase. Last purchase I am not happy about at all so far. I've been placing order for about 3 weeks now and it just went through. I have spent a good amount of money already for a fairly new customer so I don't feel as though I should have to re- connect my bank account, or wait until pay day for my order to ship. I should already have my payment registered. I've been at the same job for over 3 years now, same bank account. Also, I've been paying over my amount for my orders so I should be trusted to ship now and pay later or pay with a debit or credit card and continue with paycheck.
I have ordered quite a few Big Ticket items from her pay all items have been top quality legit and name brand price is reasonable for the pay overtime highly recommended using per pay

On 3/4/25 I tried to purchase the meta glasses by Ray Ban as as gift for my significant other. I had to resubmit financial information and when I checked today, nothing had been done. You've raised my credit limit multiple times, but I can't get A BIRTHDAY GIFT approved that is only $400? I've already told him he was getting these, and now I don't think they will be here for his birthday on 4/5. I am very unhappy about this and honestly if I can't get a gift that is well under my available credit, I am seriously considering simply paying off my balance and closing my account. This is ridiculous.

This was my first purchase with the app as I was struggling to get my car with new tires, I found the app and thought let's try it out, surprisingly they approve me with 0 credit cards and payment plans, thank you Perpay 🏻
Perpay is definitely good for emergency gifts like if your relative or spouses birthday is coming up and you don't have the money at once for such a big gift. They are also good for Christmas and holidays. I don't consider them an app to use all the time because the prices are like $100 more than the original item ( depending on the item). The shipping fees are ridiculous too but hey lol. They really need to update their inventory this app has so much potential if they would update their inventory to stuff people actually need/want. They need to add more sizes, more brands and more color options. Also customer service is terrible they should really have an automatic chat box with customer representatives on stand by, because why does it take almost 5 days for somebody to get back to me? I don't know like I said they have a lot of potential and the credit card offer is great. If they just add more items and get better customer service it would definitely be a 10/10. I'm only giving 3 stars due to that and they should offer automatic shipping to loyal customers. I'm a loyal customer and I should g have to wait almost a month for my item to ship because my direct deposit runs every 2 weeks.

I've been using for a few years and I have always had prompt delivery, quality products and easy payments. Customer service could be a bit more quick to respond and the help page isn't very helpful.
My experience have been good. The only negative thing is that they charge a shipping fee for every item that you purchase. If it's all in the same order i. Feel it should be just one shipping fee.
I don't understand why, if Perpay has the allotment set up with my employer. And they divi up the payment between the installment loan and the credit card, then why am I getting late fees charged against my account. After telling Perpay I have to spend everything in my credit card and max it out, because of the bogus charges taken from my account. If I don't spend anything to help my account from being so close to the max amount someone gets ahold of my information and again maxes me out.

All for nothing I repeatedly tried different formats of my proof of income and connected direct deposit and linked my bank account and kept getting the same message only to be asked for my review after my "kind words"

Costumer service goes above and beyond to help out if you have any questions. They don't reply right away but they do make sure to fix the problem you have with no issues.
PerPay allows you to make large purchases; conveniently and easily. All while improving your credit at the same time. It's a great opportunity to help get what you need and improve your FICO a the same time. I've been a customer for years and have been glad they are there for me!
Needs serious changes on customer service. Have never been able to speak to a representatives. Had the misfortune my job deposited my check to the wrong account it's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't been able to get my money deposited to my bank. I'm a single mother that depends on that money thanks to this problem I'm behind on payment and it's causing problems financially.

Answer: They are 100% reliable. I have ordered multiple nothings NEVER had an issue. If I reached out to customer service they respond within 24hours. Try it once and you won't be disappointed.
