The order came on time, the computers were as described, and they were packed in individual boxes, which is not always the case for refurbished computers. All in all, a great experience. We'll have to see how they hold up but all in all, I would certainly order from PC Liquidations again.
I was looking for a dated model of phone to match the ones currently in my office. PCL had the order filled and shipped within a day! Took a while to arrive in northern Canada but that's normal and not on PCL at all. The product arrived in "like new" condition and works perfectly. Very satisfied and will use again for future purchases that I can't get locally.

At first the laptop I received did not work properly, but I called customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and sent me a new laptop. Nothing is perfect but problem solvers are always great to work with.

Our phone plugs are starting to die from wear and tear and the employer refuses to buy any more saying they have been discontinued (even though there are plenty of refurbished ones) they are using radio plugs and saying they are the same when they are not. So a couple of us have decided to buy our own personal work equipment. I purchased a tester from PCLiquidations and another tester from PriceBlaze. PC Liquidations sent the correct plug as described and it works beautifully with our system and sounds so crisp and clear - the other company did not send the correct item at all and we are dealing with a return process. We choose as a group to go with PC Liquidations for more plug orders! Item arrived well packaged and quickly. Thank you for making the phone portion of our job easier to do with refurbished equipment!
Very much appreciated after I made an online order, they called me. They had looked back on previous order and wanted to check as what I had ordered this time didn't match up with phone I had previously ordered. They were able to change my order before it went out to the correct phone.
