I didn't think the pallet was necessary as I've received many servers by box only. But what I didn't realize about the pallet, it came with a driver that offer to put the server exactly where I wanted it. So PCLiquidations, kudo's for shipping it on a pallet!

My first purchase with PCL. A point worth noting. If you purchase refurbished equipment, which I did, you do not get cables, not even a power cable. Fortunately I had an old power cable, and my son had a DisplayPort cable that I could use.

I ordered a phone and it arrived in a timely fashion, new in box and is just as described. Great purchase and will be looking to get more at a later date.

The computer came in a good condition, but some parts like the frame were bent making inserting a graphics card and a pcie hard

I received my iMac very quickly and in good condition.

I receive both parts, the monitor and then later the stand for the monitor.
The service rep helped expedite shipment of the stand that was suppose to be with the monitor when I called back. Was very nice.
