Hard getting items from ups. Had to pick up myself. Also, did not get much help with the computer except to send out a new one.

This item has been received and it's working fine.

The product is exactly like photo,it was shipped and received in a timely matter,there were no dings,scratches,on computer screen perfect condition! It's like a brand new laptop and functions very well.No issues!

My contact at PCLiquidations; Joe B went way out of his way to help me with my order. My original order was stolen by a low life since the US Postal service delivered my package to the wrong location when my store was not even open! Joe helped me to replace the original order in an extremely timely fashion and then followed up to make sure that I received my order. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered a dock for my old ThinkBook, I had wasted $85 on a multiple monitor setup, and did not have enough video outputs to drive it. The dock includes 2 more video ports, more USB ports, and a larger power supply. Despite the advanced age of the ThinkBook, the dock was easy to find and cheap. And it worked!
