As shown above, I gave this company money. They gave me a computer back. I have bought several computers from these folks. Always pleasant enough. (And they even refused to send a computer that did not meet my specs, and provided me another, without any request from me.) In other words, trustworthy.

I am an IT Systems Administrator and ordered this newer laptop for my girlfriend. The 5411 Latitude looked good with some really minor scratched. I could not get into WIFI so I have to use ethernet connection. After updating it to Windows 11, I opened it up. There was no WIFI card. I ended up having to buy a WIFI card from a 5400 Latitude and putting it in. I think Dell need to update their quality inspections better.
I used to be a Tiger Direct customer, so when I found a need to replace my aging Gateway I went to that site to buy another refurbished PC. Found out TD went out of business and was directed to your site. Found a machine that fit my needs, and the price was within my budget. Not upset with my purchase, but two days after it arrived it crapped out during a power outage from a passing storm in my hometown and I got the dreaded "blue screen" of death. I did receive reboot instructions but disappointed it didn't reboot on its own. Can't blame the machine, and once I apply the suggested Windows re-boot software to reinstall Windows I don't anticipate any more trouble. I just haven't used the new machine enough yet to know if it's any good?
I am 85 and have cataracts. I also cannot understand strange commands to set up the computer. The little square charging device gets really hot! I don't remember the old one getting so hot, so not sure if I need to get another one. A younger neighbor said she would help me set up the computer, but hasn't done it in years, so may have to take it to a business. My less expensive purchase may turn out to be Not so good. Tried to get delivery date for computer when first purchased, but couldn't. Dementia patient who uses the computer was asking - and asking. At this point, I'm not a happy camper! I can imagine that the computer is set for a business, but couldn't that be somehow stated in the Ad? When looking at the Ad's, they computers look ready to use. One of the reasons I purchased it. The other, it was an Apple. Dementia patient wouldn't be able to learn another brand.
I was provided a tracking number, that UPS indicated was not picked up as of yet. I was told that there would be another package sent out as a replacement therefore given another tracking number.
Then while still indicating package was not picked up I received the first tracking numbered package.
I ordered 7 machines with overnight delivery. The confirmation said that only 2 were available for the next day and the remainder of the order would follow. The next day all 7 showed up! The prices were the best I could find. The staff are responsive and helpful.
Arrived quickly and well packed. Happy I was able to easily find a replacement for a monitor Dell no longer makes. Thanks!
I've always had excellent interaction with PCLiq. Been buying equipment from them over 8 years. On the rare instance I have an issue their customer service is excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend.

I have made several purchases over the years and have never been disappointed. The laptop always arrives quickly and is like new. I have saved hundreds instead of buying new at a big box store with their overpriced and oversell deals and extra warranties. In this economy every penny counts. I have several friends who will be buying here.

You guys had the item I needed at a great price, which was difficult to find, and it was shipped and received in a very timely manner. All around very happy.
