I was using the banks wire-transfer from the last 5 years. This month i have tried payonner for my payment transfer. Payoneer sent me email on 4th Jan that we have received your payment and it will be transfer in your bank account within 3-5 business days. Its almost one month passed they dont know the status of payment. Where it has gone. I am keep on sending emails, live chat and phone calls but no satisfactory reply. I am really worried about my payment. As its more than $ 5000.
Contacted the company via email to sort a payment cancellation that was not informed beforehand. Email team took a very long time to reply (due to the holidays, not completely their fault) and then suggested a solution. However, they neglected to inform that the solution was not free, and in fact, was a whopping USD15 (withdrawal was initially USD75).
By the time I found out it was too late and the cash had been transferred. Took to Twitter to warn fellow international users and was contacted by Payoneer's social team. Issue was resolved in less than a week; in contrast, the email team took almost 3 weeks to even get to the point of suggesting the initial solution.
Things were resolved over a weekend. Kudos to the social team for stepping up their game and resolving my enquiries. I was very happy with their service and their candor.
To the email team, please relook your policies and your tone of voice. The last few emails I received when I disputed the charge were condescending and borderline insulting. Your actions and defensiveness when a user challenges you does NOT bode well for your company.
I use Payoneer services for more than 5 years, they are a great tool for freelancers in developing countries where financial systems are not properly developed. By using Payoneer I have been simplified to receive payments through the Internet and to be able to make them cash from any ATM. While it is true that the commissions for use of the debit card can be somewhat high outside the USA, I have no other complaints. The customer service always responded to my complaints.
In 12/13/2016, our company made a payment to a Payoneer costumer, following the payment info he provided.
After a couple of days, he received an email from Payoneer saying the payment hadn't been accepted and a refund payment was going to be made.
According to them, this refund payment was made in 12/19/2016.
However, I have been in constant contact with our bank and the fact is no refund payment has yet been made, either in the date or otherwise.
After a few email exchanges, the only answer either me or their customer gets is one and the same: the payment wasn't accepted (our company "is not approved by our Payment Department") in 12/15/2016 and the payment "was reversed" in 12/19/2016 (always the same textbook answer, just copy/pasted).
The fact remains: we still haven't received any payment.
I have been using several payment service providers such as Paypal, Ir, Ws and lastly Payoneer. I truly think that Payoneer is the best payment solution that I have experienced. Eversince using Payoneer to grow my business globally, I have no dificulties in handling any business transactions with my partners.

Yes, I've had issues sometimes, a delay in a withdrawal, my account being limited for furhter verification before releasing a payment and so forth. These however, were measures they took to keep my account even safer and I am happy they happened. You get used to it and I got used the safety around my account. I totally recommend anyone and everyone to us their services. If you are serious about getting paid and being charged the smallest fees. I recommend it.

Word of caution to those working for Appen on one of their many projects--this company uses Payoneer to process payments to your bank accounts. While this sounds all good and well, be advised that you will most likely get asked to send your W9 forms twice, have bank statements or voided checks sent to confirm that your routing and checking numbers are correct (even if you damn well know that they are) and have them deny paying you because they've determined that your checking and routing numbers are "invalid". It's complete and utter BS. I've had nothing but the run around from them and I've been working barely a month so far. That is way too much time to spend getting your account set up for simple direct deposit transactions.
They seem shady now that I've been through this. Beware of this horrible company! Go find work with a company who uses a tried and true banking system and not these clowns.

Payoneer gave me an option for payments, i have my card since 2015. Its not a scam u have to wait for the card to get over ur country and activate it. Its very helpfull also if your are going to travel to another country. U can be anywhere and have ur money safe with u.
Payoneer made it easy for me to charge my fees to clients outside of Argentina. It is a very simple tool and has been with me for many years. Highly recommended.
