This was the first time I called Payoneer, and I felt my question was answered in a polite and timely manner.
I called to renew my Payoneer Card after it expired and did not have to wait to speak to a Customer Service Representative. My new Card will be shipped to me right away! I have never had a problem using this card, though I wish the fees to transfer funds to it were lower. I am happy though that there is no annual fee for using this card! Payoneer is a very convenient card to use Online or elsewhere!
