Once I contacted Payoneer customer service they resolved the issue and refunded the decline fees, and they do it a lot faster than I expected!

The service is great but it took a little while before i was attended to. An average of 10mins i think. But my problem was fixed so i cannot complain

Unless you guys are able to fix my issue, I have nothing to say. I will rate you guys depending on the outcome of my issue.
