I always had issues with receiving payments because major payment gateways such as PayPal was not supported in my country. I signed up with Payoneer around 2015 and it was a great decision to say the least. The company ships you a card free of charge which you can use to withdraw funds worldwide from any ATM, and they provide you with virtual bank accounts which you can use to receive bank transfers. They also provide direct links that you can send to your customers to do a direct CC payment. A very useful service; Payoneer probably has all you need.
My only take with the company is that the email support sometimes takes a few days to get back to you, but there is always Live Chat available which makes it easy to have a quick answer. There is no currency transfer either, so you cannot move EUR funds to USD on the same account or vice versa.

I know that verifying a payoneer account is important, still i've been receiving money till today from my paypal to payoneer, and been paying for freelancer services, today i recived the money as pending, payoneer didn't even send an email telling me that you won't be able to use your money, simply all good till today and now the payment was pending, as i can complete the verification process and that takes time, the payment i neeeded to send today, i'm unable to!
