I experienced a payment processing delay as I did not provide a document that was clear enough to get accepted by Payoneer. I contacted Payoneer customer support via live chat and over the phone. My questions were answered very professionally and politely and I got very professional and helpful advice. My problem was solved immediately after I had submitted the required document following the advice from the support staff. World-class customer service!
I had requested a Payoneer debit card, unfortunately for various reasons I never activated it. Today I contacted Payoneer asking to address and cancel the debit card addressed to me. I found for their part the maximum availability and proffessionality. The card was immediately disabled without any cost. Thank you for the support received
