They are doing quite fine with their services but the demands they placed on accounts for verification of account is taking ages to achieve. I am practically considering diverting to PayPal cos I don't think I can stomach this nonsense any longer

Payoneer is great, but I am having issues with the billing service. My payments are on hold and they are asking for documents to validated my account too frequently (I am not a new user). Not happy with their follow up process. I will move back to PayPal.

I've been using Payoneer for several years now. It works perfectly, low fee and has perfect Customer Service department.

Very Professional and decent customer support. Always there to help their customers. I would strongly recommend Payoneer for all the cash transfers.

Overall my experience was somewhat frustrating at the beginning but eventually with patience I learned the true morals of Payoneer customer service all thanks to Sofie/sofy.

The time between the payment was sent via credit card to the time it hits the account and is cleared is soooooo looooooong it's like a death march.
