I am a customer from Japan and it seems that the Card option is not available, also I can't withdraw to some europe country like France or Spain or the US, it would be nice if we can get those options in a near future.

First time i transfered a balance from my paypal account to the payoneer for ordering the prepaid card i haven't no idea that my money was going into a prison that my funds will stuck into it and there is no way to get it out only if i the sum reaches 1000 $ or if i received many payment from the companies that deals with payoneer as payment method so i strongly don't recommed to using payoneer.
I just create a account yesterday they give me go ahead i take client payment in my account 7828 USD then after that they send me a email to uplaod photo id so uplaod my id then after i talk to support they said everything is fine now after some time i get this amount in my bank account after that 4 hours i try to login i get message your account is blocked. Now i contact to support they a nothing to tell me just saying because of my activity they block but till time i did not make a single activity then how they say like that

Payoneer escrow did not "escrow" it took my $1,700 and gave it to the other party without my consent. If your looking for an escrow site or service this is defiantly not the one. I am now out $1,700.

Once the seller indicates to us that he or she has completed the service, the buyer then has 3 business days to review the service. During this review time there will be messages in the account along with a countdown to give you time to review the service before agreeing to release the funds to the seller or to discuss any issues that may have arised with the order.
If the buyer does not use the dispute tool for that order, or does not Payoneer to report an issue with it, the funds are released automatically to the seller at the end of the 3 business days, which is what happened in this case.
Once the funds are released, it is not possible to retrieve it.
At this time it is best to raise the issue directly with the seller to see if there is anything that can be done to amend the situation.
