Ordered a couple of items online and paid for shopping! Only one item sent and emails flooded through that the other items were cancelled. My card is being held in pending for this transaction for two weeks now. If I would have known only one item would ship I would of never shopped to pay more for shipping than the item itself. Reached out to customer service who was no help at all.
I don't know if they're fake or what; not only once, but twice - the Diamond fell off the earring. I was able to save the one diamond but lost the other. Even after going back to the shop this still occurred. What a waste of money; I'll be shopping elsewhere.
(And I also even have the receipt and proof of purchase but it won't let me send it; claiming file is too big. Ridiculous.)
I ordered 3 items, one item was packaged with out the product. Instead of them making it right, I am told I will have to wait until they complete an investigation which will take 10 business days. This is a large corporation. Send me the product I paid for. If they decide I scammed them which I did not, charge me again. But as of right now I'm out of a product I paid my hard earned money for.
Had an appointment for my 7 month old granddaughter to get her ears pierced. I put her age in the notes and appointment was confirmed. Got there and there was no one who could do an infant ear piercing! Not a good experience. Went to Claire's and got it done very professionally and quickly.
I would not go to Piercing Pagoda again.
I love online shopping and customer service is key. Not only is this website absolutely garbage, listing items that aren't for sale, promo codes that don't work, but the customer service lies along with their normal robot jargon. I spoke to several customer service reps/customer care. The reps can only transfer me to customer care, and they are terrible, "give me your information" after saying things are not in stock and blaming my card when the order doesn't process. After an hour of this bull$#*!, just trying to buy myself a birthday gift, I asked the staff to price match me for a shorter chain that was exactly the same but this rep told me an item is that is not in stock won't go through and there will be a hold on your card. Just brisking over the fact that pagoda wasted my time with their broken website and doesn't want to price match on an item that is obviously in stock.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication here. My daughter was both terrified and extremely excited to have her piercing for this appt as part of her Christmas. After fighting traffic and the crowds to get to this location and then waiting for 20 minutes at the shop, we were FINALLY told that they do not do cartilage piercing there and that "someone" should have told us. I selected the service and the location based on my needs. It took hours out of our day and a lot of stress to be so disappointed in the end. If you offer and recommend online booking you should be prepared to provide the services offered.
Still upset enough to write a review years later. My one ear is deformed after having my ears pierced 6 times at once - the 'piercing expert' and myself didnt know that was a bad idea. The worst piercing took 3 years to heal all the way. Total idiots. If theyre going to call themselves piercing pagoda and call their employees experts then they need to figure out what the hell theyre doing. I paid over $100 for a deformed ear. I will forever hate them.
Got my ear peirced at piercing pagoda 3 years ago and still have infections from the way my earlobe healed from the piercing. First thing I noticed was they recommended that I wait six weeks for my peircings to heal. Waited eight and one of my piercings bled a lot when I pull it out and when I put new ones in they scarred really badly and now my earlobes look hideous. I can't wear any earrings without the back becoming embedded in the scar. It looks so gross and it makes me never want another peircing in my life.
Worst place to buy jewelr. I purchased a gold bracelet. Its thin and didn't even last a year but it was very expensiv. Wasted my money for th braclet to break within a year and nothing they could do it about it. Why buy from your cheap then? If it cant be replaced a year later. I'm very upset I choose this cheap place to do business with then the sales associates doesn't make it any better because they are RUDE! The store manager has no empathy just wants your money! Don't shop with them if your looking for nice jewelry and quality!
I stopped into Banter or whatever they are calling themselves to get a nose ring. Worst mistake of my life. They pulled out a piercing gun and proceeded to to the nose ring. 24 hrs later the ring is coming out 72 hours later the whole nose ring is sitting on my sink. I called customer service who directed to return back to the location which was 45 mins from home. I get there and the sales person says I can't help you put a bandaid on it for 12 weeks. I demanded my refund and then proceeded to call customer service again because I trusted that this process would be done right and it wasn't. And basically they say oh well you got your money. I was told to let it close and get it done by someone else. I went to a tattoo shop who informed me that the wrong jewelry was being used and the nose ring didn't have a back to stop it from coming out. Wtf how they doing this and don't know the proper why to do it
Notice that I'm a minor and I've never been there, but I already have a HORRIBLE impression of it because of how loud their spotify ads are. I try my best to study with calm music in the background, it fades out at the end and all is good. UNTIL THE $#*!ING AD COMES ON. I'm so sick of the stupidly cheerful girl saying "FLIRTING WITH-" like god please just shut up. Their customer service also didn't know what spotify was so $#*! them.
I bought over $300 of jewelry from this company. I wore it once and jewelery broke. I returned the jewelry the next day only to be told that they couldn't refund my cash back but rather they would send a check in the mail. I found that odd being that I had paid with cash. It is going on almost a year and have yet to see a check. I have dealt with the manager, The store manager, customer service which by the way is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. At this point I'm getting the runaround every month with different excuses as to why I haven't got my money yet. I will be calling corporate office I will also be filing a criminal complaint and I will be making sure that this company be investigated! As I'm reading these complaints there are complaint after complete of the same situation this company is stealing people's money and it has to be stopped!
I bought what the salesperson said was 14 k solid gold small men's earrings for $69.99.
After 1 month of wearing one the gold color turned to a pinkish bronze color a sure sign of gold filled or plated inferior merchandise……. Certainly NOT 14 k solid gold as stated by clerk.
I should have asked to see the "stamp" on the earrings.
ALL solid gold jewelry is stamped with the gold quality on the item itself.
NEVER BUY from PEIRCING PAGODA they misrepresent their plated jewelry as solid gold.

I was visiting the Ridgedale mall in Minnetonka,MN. The new manager is very rude, she is not a people person. Looks like she doesn't like her job! I don't recommend it to anybody. The lady acts like customers are bothering her.
Spartacus did an awesome job with piercing my 6 month old twins ears! Not only was he great with the babies but he was very profession and a good sales man!
Both me and my friend had to get our piercing done again because they screwed up really bad, they are so inexperienced that my friends earring are touching each other when she wears regular earring on both holes. I am so disappointed in them don't go they don't care about what you say.
Don't buy at pagoda. It's terrible. I got two necklace they are just giving me one and a have to wait 14 business days so someone can help me. This is ridiculous. I paid extra for fast shipping and I'm not getting it in the day it was supposed.

Let me start by saying I will never shop there again. Brought a chain and piece for the chain that came up to about $500. I was told that if anything goes wrong I can return it... I said what if I misplaced the receipt they said don't worry because it's in our system under your name... The chain broke within a month and I went in but I could not find the receipt but I didn't panic because "I'm in the system" They look and see my name but don't see the chain that I purchased and returned... What... We are still going to order another chain and call you when it's in... it's been over a month now and no chain... I'm still looking for my receipt because I never throw any receipts out so that I can return and get my money back... Shady practice and will not do business with them ever again...
