I love the three products I have received so easy to put together and looks great in my rooms. I would get more products from them and tell everyone I can about their products. The beds are great the table was so easy to set up. Love it
I bought through Walmart some boxes for vinyl album storage. Mostly all damaged. I wrote to these thieves and they wanted to replace. I wanted to return them but they would not pay to send them back. Finally sent replacements. My husband went to put them together and i loaded the boxes with Albums. Two broke right through. I had to throw away 145.00 dollars worth of junk. To return everything was 165.00 dollars to ship. I would never buy from them again. I complained to walmart Lost cause. If it were Target they would of returned them or given back my money. This company sucks.
The website does not specify that they are only selling you the back of a bed. Well, the full bed comes out and after he claims in the order he now specifies that he does not bring the stringers, which is only the back.
I has Expected for a strong base to hold patio umbrella for almost 2 weeks. It arrived late and further disappointed me when I found it couldn't vertically hold the umbrella. I am going to return this base and definitely never recommend this product to others.
This is terribly insecure website that stores your password in plaintext! If you have to create an account make sure you choose a password not used at any other website.
When you buy something from these clowns, you are on your own. I was forced into dealing with them after they fulfilled my order placed on the Walmart e-commerce platform. Never again will I buy from Walmart or these people.
So far so good. We ordered the Haier HEN70ETFP Energy Star 70 Pt. Dehumidifier with Built-In Pump from the Walmart website. The dehumidifier came much faster than we expected. We set it up, and it seems to be working well. It's only been going a week, so time will tell. Hopefully, they will be good if issues arrive.
I purchased 2 table tops for a custom desk on their website. Both tops are great quality, heavy, sturdy, BUT one of the top's corner arrived damaged. I did not want to go through the whole returning process so I simply turned it over to the less visible side against my wall, considering the price was only $50 each and the same table tops were much higher priced any where else. I also decided to keep because a lot of the times are the delivery drivers who damage the shipments. I just decided to not make a biggie since it isn't a major damage, otherwise I think I would of returned it being the contrary.
Ordered online for the first time with this seller because they offered a very reasonable price for 2 gravity chairs. The chairs arrived very quickly - it took less than a week to get them - and they are a nice product. Definitely recommend.
Purchased a set of 2 Zero Gravity Chairs from OJC and it was easy to find, and they had other sets to choose from too. I found the price better than all the other places. The delivery was 3 days sooner than initially shown.

Purchased a desk from Walmart and as soon as I paid for it the price decreased by over $6.00. They would not refund the difference. Pretty shady business practices. Won't be buying from them again
ALL R ( Front pieces) were damaged. I'm very disappointed. The dresser I ordered was for my son. I'm now in search of a new one. I have lots of pictures and videos.
First, my delivery came 4 days earlier than said. Secondly, the Assembling was very easy although there was no instructions in the box. Once together, I was very satisfied with the height, color, and texture of the item. I'm very amazed and satisfied with my purchase.
Very happy with my new desk chair! The white is nice looking. The price was so reasonable i was concerned that something might be wrong. To may surprise my 72 year old self put it together in 10 minutes needing no help needed. And as stated it is COMFORTABLE, COMFORTABLE, COMFORTABLE.
Purchased the Air Conditioner online thru Walmart they sent an email for delivery, Updated delivery ahead of schedule, arrived with no problems easy to understand instructions had installed in window in less then 1 hour.
The arch is well made, delivery was very fast; the only thing about this product is - it would be useful to have detailed pictures of how washers/screws fit together - it is easy to assemble but instruction is very generic and not specific and extremely hard to figure out pieces.

To start the Sleeper Couch I bought was apparently on back order and I was not informed, nor did I ever get an email confirming my order. When I called customer service a month after ordering the item to find out why I had not received it or any communication from this company, I was informed then that the item was on back order and I would get an email when it did ship. Needless to say I never got that email. But I did get the two piece sofa on two separate days, a week apart, with no notification.
So then I finally put it together, with worse than IKEA instructions, but luckily it wasn't that hard to figure it out without the instructions. The bad part is I am 5'5'', and on both the seating area and chase I hung over the edge uncomfortably and the back was not high enough to sit comfortably. In the picture attached I am sitting straight up and my feet are still hanging over! This furniture was made for Kids! So seeing this I immediately started to try to get in contact with their customer service again. It took me 3 days, 2 messages, and 2 emails (which never got responded to), to finally get a representative, who was rude and unhelpful when discussing the return of my item and the fact that I never got any response previously or confirmation emails. At the end of the call she informed me that in 24 business hours I would get an email to initiate my return. This email I did magically get.
Let me start with I did read this policy before buying and thought it was wrong, but I had been looking for a couch like this for a year now and It was in the same price range as other I had seen. I was naively not expecting to return this item. Now the worst part is their return policy. Not only do they take a 20-50% restocking fee out of your refund, but the customer is responsible for the shipping. In this case to ship two 100 lb. boxes back to them it was going to cost me $280 a box (I got quotes form multiple carriers and all were around this number) that is a total of $560 dollars to return a couch that cost me $465. Not to mention on the refund they were at least going to take 20% off that. So now I have to pay more than the couch is worth to ship it back for a refund that is frankly not worth it.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, if I could give them zero stars I would! Their customer service is crap and rude! Their return policy is a joke! Frankly this is a company out to screw people over and keep their money even when they do allow you to return the item. So disappointing!

This mirror is stunning and I absolutely love it and it took only three days to come. I got the mirror in silver and it goes great with my room really recommend getting! Also had great packaging to make sure it doesn't crack or anything
