This company is extremely unprofessional. Don't believe them! Its all lies! They promised me a website done within 2 weeks (I even provided them all the content and all they had to do was upload it to WordPress) and they took 4 months! Nobody answers when you call them to check on the status and they don't answer emails (when they do, nothing has been done). This is by far the worst company you can work with. They hound you when they want your money but when you call them to check on their work, they never answer. I have emails and emails and apparently they cant follow instructions either. Don't trust these last few reviews and look at their BBB rating. Everything on the BBB rating complaints is pretty much how it went for me as well. That's going to be my next complaint after this. AND to top it off, I put a bad review last week so they called me and told me they would fix my website (he gave me his word he would fix it by Monday 22nd) and nothing happened! Of course!

Hired octalogo to design a website for my business (they also do business as logo scientist).

Communication was poor, only through emails. You will never be able to call them to discuss your project. Every correspondence would take 2-4 days.

After months of back and forth, the results were always poor at best. Minimum effort given my instructions, and it would take days of emailing just to get a single issue resolved. Each time, i was only given a terrible excuse as to why instructions were not followed.

Escalations are handed off to other managers, with false promises, and high sales pressure tactics to deter you from cancelling your contract.

When i finally gave up, i asked for a full refund as was promised in writing - 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They would only give me 20%, bc according to them, i had already approved of the initial design.

Beware, they only show you a mock up of the home page. Once you 'approve' so that they can begin working on the interior pages, you're committed and won't get your money back even though initial design should include design of the entire site.

Save yourself the hassle, and pay a little bit more for real professionals. Or, just burn your money. Either way is still better than giving money to these crooks.

They did a great job by revamping my business website. I liked their work and the customer support of the company is very awesome. I will recommend the company for logo design and web design work.

My website lacked visual attraction plus it failed to open properly on mobile devices and wide screen monitors. My customers often complaint that they were not able to view my offered services. So I needed some immediate updates. I contacted Octalogo team and they offered my complete web revamp and redesign services. Glad to see within just 3 weeks they turned the table upside down. I was excited to see the stunning new looks, creative sliding banners, smooth navigation flow. Few of my customers appreciated my update and that was my delighted day.

I was going to lose it. I really was. After hiring a web agency for my Retail business, that promised me a complementary and I quote breathtaking logo, availing their premium service, I was taken aback when they delivered me an amateur logo. The website wasnt too impressive either, but I decided to take one step at a time. After some oh-so tiring number of revisions, and still not seem to be going anywhere, I decided to try elsewhere for my logo. So much for a premium service! Be that as if may, I wasnt going to just choose any other logo design service, and so I took it upon some major research and recommendations, and ended up opting Octa Logo for their service. The story ends right there. It took them only the first attempt to figure out exactly what I was looking for in my logo. Though it took the web agency another 2 months to fix the blunders they made with the web. But if one good thing that happened during all this, was Octa Logo and their superb service. Love you guys. Really!

Octalogo has been a business partner for a fruitful period of more than 6 months, and hear me when I tell you that there is no one better in ability when it comes active communication and listening to your requests and realizing them to the fullest, which is more than I can say for anyone else. I wont say there arent other better options out there, but these people are certainly among the top league.

These people are good designers but the thing I appreciated the most about them is their customer service. Not everyday do you get a call from from a customer representative taking a check if you were happy with their service. I took upon their expertise two months ago, and they came just right up to my expectations.
They have a good sense of style and creativity which was exactly what I was looking for.

I recently launched my new web online for my laundry business. I did everything i could to make home page captivating to bring more customers but unfortunately i didn't get the customer traffic i wished for. Thanks to Octalogo, because they gave me an idea of explainer animated video and it worked out well! My numbers are increasing and i am getting more orders now. Great job!

I had to share this. I own a bakery business and my profits were just going normal! One of my friend shared me the idea of having a website from where customers will order directly and i deliver my items (free of cost); so it was a cherry on the top. Octologo designed and delivered the website in just 7 days and my business is maintaining a good profit margin to what i have expected! Great people to work with!
