Awful company, dont give them any of your time or money. I tried to get a logo designed and had to repeat the same edits to them over and over. I even sent specific examples of what I wanted and they were ignored. I finally gave up trying to work with them after a few weeks and considered the loss of money a lesson to be learned. When I expressed my disappointment I was ignored. Do yourself a favor, save a headache and take your business elsewhere!

I hired Octalogo for a logo and I was happy when the first designs came out. Was able to get me a good logo in no time. However, I do advise the readers of this review to get their professional logo package because of the source files. I had a basic package and had to upgrade to a professional one to get the vector files.

Although the team is nice and friendly. They know what they are doing and look, nobody is a 100% error-free. They missed their timelines once or twice but were always apologetic about it and were always up for a challenge with redraws. Totally recommended if you have some patience they'll come through big.

Also, these negative reviews on SiteJabber baffles me. In this regards, I'd like to add that before hiring them (octalogo), I did some digging on the reviews of the online logo designing companies and guess what? Octalogo had the best reviews in comparison with its competitors. Having a good reputation being an online company is hard and I give full marks for the kind of reputation Octalogo has been able to manage so far.

Good customer service along with good quality logo is a good combo and octalogo pulls it off nicely. Thanks Octalogo.

I hired Octalogo to build me a logo, and design a website for me to blog on. Initially, the person I talk to on the phone was maybe a little overly pursuant to what he thought I should buy from them, but that's what sales-people do. If you want to have your own business (website, logo, etc) you are going to have to step up and act like the boss you want to be, and it's okay to say "no". Needless to say, I am surprised to read all the negative reviews here on sitejabber. It took a few revisions, but in less than a month Octalogo hit my logo outta the park! It is exactly what I wanted. The designers can't see inside your head, you have to tell/show them what you want. Currently, they are working on my website, and the mock-ups they've sent over have been exactly what I asked for. Props to Mike Rudolph, Ross Spencer, and the Team for all their hard work, and skill. I would recommend this company to anyone starting up. They have been available when I've needed them, and offered their services, as well as, guidance.

Again, I'm very surprised to see these poor reviews. I would say Octalogo is a great company, they offer services at an affordable price, have a good turn around time on projects, and do a terrific job! I feel confident that if circumstances arise in the future that they could help me with, they'll be there to do so. I promise if the remainder of my experience with Octalogo is anything less than a perfect 5 stars, I will come back, and edit my review.

I always dreamt of starting my own wine'n'dine restaurant at laguna beach and wanted that perfect feel for my branding. Finally I got in touch with my colleague who had previously done business with Octalogo. So i took a leap of faith and invested a good amount of my time and investment into my logo and web design. Surprisingly they did an extraordinary job with my designs and website. Mike was humbled enough to take all of my revisions carefully and was very patient. I would definitely recommend others to try Octalogo's brilliance and get professional services.

I had two logos made by Octalogo and am pleased with the end results.

Jay Barry was head of my project. Jay and the octalogo team communicated well through an email platform and followed up by phone. They were eager to please and very patient with me as I asked lots of questions and they addressed all my concerns. Octalogo was very reasonable with their offers and I was very satisfied with my two logos that included all the high resolution files - overall a very good value and high quality work for the price.

Some people clearly get some deliverables from Octalogo they are satisfied with. Octalogo also operates several other sites, including Design Proficient, and others that offer basically the same packages. My project (a simple logo) was shifted between several different project managers, and repeated delays and missed promises were frustrating. After giving up with them several times, I wrote an online review and was quickly contacted by a project manager, *, who promised to see it through and complete the project. Now, almost a year after I originally asked for the logo (and was using a so-so version of it in our business) the project is completed and all items were delivered. It took a lot of work on my part to get them to deliver, but they can do the work when they need to. This would have been a zero-star scam warning without * efforts. I can't go much higher than 'meh' as my experience was not overall positive, and I know that is true for others as well. I would not do business with them again myself, but your mileage may vary. Our final logo was decent, but their creatives could not come up with any concepts that were even close to the professionalism of the logos shown on any of their sales websites. * is a good person, and although we didn't get the logo until almost a year after we had originally paid for it, he did follow through. I wish I could rate it higher for his efforts, but as a company he bumped my opinion up from 0, or negative stars if I could have given them, to 2 stars.

I had requested a package that was $799
I had requested a package that was $799 which was complete webpage with Octalogo. Unfortunately at the time I was not making sound desicions. They has done the logo for me, and nothing else. From speaking with their representative, and reading their webpage, a logo costs from $39 to $300. I informed them a few days later after the logo was done, that I needed my money back as my decision was not sound. I said I would agree to pay the maximum for the logo $300.00, and that I would like to have the $499.00 from balance of the $799.00 returned as they never did complete the job. The salesmen have continually lied, lied, lied about returning my money since August, 2017, to present. They have said, "What's your address? The money won't be coming right away, but it's coming". Nothing came. Other sales staff said, "Oh, we'll have a meeting about it, and call you back. No return calls. I am seeking legal counsel, and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau's as of this date February 10,2018. I HAVE READ REPORTS BEFORE THAT THEY ARE DISHONEST. THEY CERTAINLY DON'T NEED MY $499.00 AS THEY ARE A BIG COMPANY. I AM LEGALLY BLIND, AND I AM DISABILITY FOR OTHER PROBLEMS AS WELL. THIS DOES NOT SERVE ME, OR THEM.
