They took 2 days to respond to change which I can live by because I'm busy anyway. But the project I went from Basic to Professional when it was all done I ask them for the files and they told me they only give out that low resolution file that we worked on. What the hell was the point of making them a logo if they were gonna give you low resolution file? Professional package cost me from basic $45 to $125US. Then the files vector files and all the formats they charged me $255US. The files in itself cost more than the work design they did. They will try to upsell you with the website package which I didnt take. So whatever I would not be recommending them.

I contacted the owner of Jova Construction - he told me he has never heard of Octalogo or Octagroup. He game me the contact of his actual web designer (pheonix. Cool) who confirmed that he did the site Octagroup/logo claimed to have done.

Don't be deceived by this company, like I almost was.

P.S. Once you connect with anyone from the team, you very quickly find out that none of them use their real names. Also, there are plenty of grammatical errors throughout their collaboration website and email communications that should be major red flag for a design and web development company

Octa Logo is the worst company I have ever used period. Any reviews you read on this company that are positive are fake. I have been working on a design with them since February and it is November and I have nothing. Sometimes its weeks before you get any response. So then if you want to talk to customer service, they absolutely will not help you and refer you back to the person who isnt contacting you back in the first place.
Design Work:
I have contracted out over 100 designs and these guys are terrible. I you want something specific and customized forget it. If you are reading this and got work back from them, there are a thousand designers that could have done better.

I chose OctaLogo to develop a web application for my business. The team was thoroughly professional & great to work with. Love to work again.

With the exception of the original sales person, with whom I had such a positive experience with, purchased a logo and website design package (originally I was just going to try them out with a logo design).
Unfortunately since then, things continued to go downhill. Not only were the logo designs terrible ( I found similar ones on sites where you enter your company name, choose from different fonts, and a variety of basic logos result), my experience with 2 account managers has been beyond unprofessional and quite frankly, insulting. Many times, calls were scheduled to discuss designs, and the account managers did not honour those times, then one actually turned around and blamed me for it. They lack professionalism, tact, logic and sense of customer service. If I treated my clients the way they have treated me, I would have no clients and thus no company.
Please, please, please read the poor reviews and take them seriously. There are many companies that do logo & website designs. Also don't pay a company in full before the work has been done... You will have an impossible time getting any money back.

Our new company needed a logo, but we couldn't afford the local designers. Octalogo gave us a great logo with the look and feel we wanted. And they gave the logo to us in more formats than the local guy would give. We had several logos to choose from within 48 hours and they were very patient with us as we asked for several variations of what they gave us. Our account manager, Mark Simmons, was very communicative and patient as he helped us through the process. The logo was great, the price was great, and the service was great. We couldn't be happier. Will definitely use again.

This is my first time ever using a company to build a logo and website. I stayed up night after night thinking I could figure it out. Yes, I made progress but it was nothing compared to what a professional could do! My great friend Rah told me about this company and at first I was a little hesitant to try them because I had no idea what to expect. After speaking to someone name Jason I signed up. The price was right and he was very friendly. As promised in 48 hrs I had 10 sample logos prepared. I was expecting to see some bad ones and I was also nervous at the same time to see what their team had come up with. Not only did they email me the samples but they also added me to an online platform where I could communicate directly with them on my project as it was in process. All I can say was when I opened the email I SCREAMED WITH JOY! They took every concept I had in mind and applied it and drafted this logo and website just the way I envisioned it. They sent my files to me right after. I could go on and on about Mark, Jason and the rest of the team. If you guys are looking for logos, websites, or anything visit them first. I am only doing a review because I am very satisfied and people should know that there are legit companies out here that do exactly as they advertise. With the inexpensive cost of the package I bought, I was concerned that the service would not be good.

I found the opposite to be true. They were very responsive, they have an excellent website for collaboration during the project. They were very professional and talented.

I'm very happy with this company and will recommend to others.
