It has been 3 years now since my website went up. It was a horrible experience working through the details of setting up my site with them. After my site was launched I could not get in to the back end of the site to do updates. This was something we had a written agreement on. They did give me access after this discussion. But in 3 years I got NO TRACTION from my site whatsoever. They kept asking for more money to add that tags and key words to push it out. I figured $600 should have been enough to get some traction but I was sadly mistaken. Now the site is down because the domain fee was not paid. They want $250 for one year up to $899 for 5, and $999 for lifetime. I think I will pass. I never even got an email to let me know it was about to expire. They did send a text a week ago with a "Hello, how are you today" heading. I didn't answer. I was already fed up with them.

I can not believe I fell for this but I got quoted $3000 for the initial work then half way through I was told I was misquoted and it would be $7000. After all said and done, i got taken for over $20,000 and am left with a garbage website and even worse? I was threatened by many of them and told in order to not have my website shut down, I had to allow my work to stay on their servers and now I lost everything. They will not respond to your calls or mails and blackmail you so stay away. We all need to find who did this and sue them collectively and make them pay. Jerry Miller, ALLY shaw, ( ALL FAKE NAMES) are horrible people and will suffer with horrible Karma for this. I can back all this up with proof and we really should hire a lawyer to sue and shut them down. We will never get our money back as we know its a total scam now but they need to be stopped!

OctaLogo / Eminent Design will provide "some" legitimate services (logo, website) to get your credit card information. Then, they will start the fraudulent charges. If you don't dispute the first charge, then banks are less willing to dispute the second charge. In my case, they provided a logo, which was legitimate and I was happy with. Then the provided a website. The website never functioned, ever. I finally gave up and canceled, moved my internet hosting, got a new website from others, etc. Then OctaLogo / Eminent Design charged another $420 without notice and without any authorization. I am disputing with my bank, but I doubt the bank will help. I have had to change my credit card to prevent another fraudulent charge.

I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with Octologo. This has been the worst experience for my church. We were happy with the logo that they designed but they have scammed us out of additional money for a trademark approval that they claimed they could obtain for us. This has been going on for a year. I'm speaking with an attorney now regarding legal action against this company. How hard is it to deliver what you ask customers to pay for? This company is very unethical. Very disappointed with Octologo.

SERVICE IS AWEFUL... I hired this company to design a logo. Which was ok. Then I hired them to do my website they charged me over 1000 dollars for professional website with ecommerce, email the works that is not working properly and that has not been tested before going live. I have been pushed off on different account managers who have yet to complete what I paid for. I have been getting message through my social media platforms telling me that my website is not working. My clients are sending emails that are not reaching me. They are trying to download forms that are coming back with error messages. I've lost clients because of this company not completing my website and full setup before going live even though I've paid them for a website that is not working correctly... the ask me to pay more money each time they mess up. The customer service is awful. These are all the people who has done absolutely nothing but ask for more money for service that was not completed that was already paid in full... Allen Stanley, Joshua Augustine, Ross Spence, and Troy Sanders are everyone who has been involved on my website and no one can resolve

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "Octalogo ". I just got scammed for $5000. There's these "project manager" guys who goes by "NICK WATSON" and "FERRIS" who has pakistan accents and doesn't want to disclose the company true location between FL, CA, or PA which is the 1st RED FLAG. They claimed the project to do my AutoParts website would take 4 months from 03/18 which is still NOT FINISH in 11/19 after paying the balance of $5000. Octalogo will start the project after you paid the balance and find reasons to extort you each time for more money for each step that's already part of the deal saying it's taking longer for them to figure things on their end and prolong the work so you CAN NOT GET A REFUND. The are so incompetent. I tried to get a refund. They denied refunds saying they already started the work from you even though their intentions is NOT TO FINISH so they can keep your MONEY. I went to my Bank of America for refund. They credit my account for $1100 and I sent all conversations to show history, Octalogo used "Design Utility portal" to submitted a few updates that they had started "Working" on your project at first to counter act your future claims so you can't get a refund. Another Big RED FLAG is you'll notice they only want to communicate through phone calls and text message to keep things NONE OFFICIAL. I'm so surprised to see who they are still operational. My next step is to go to the BBB and FTC to shed light to their SCAMMED>>>>>>>Go read all the OCTALOGO SCAMMED on GOOGLE. Believe the victims because if you work with them, you will be the next one.

Total Scam, Massive Fraud, Big Time CONS

This company uses Big Time CON tactics to defraud it's customers, it will charge your credit card when they don't have your approval, they will say one thing and then come back time and time again asking for more money. Every few months your website will be taken off line and there will be many creative fraudulent reasons as to why you owe them more money before they bring it back on line. All the phone #'s of employees are text to talk, because they are out of the country.
If you want to wait months to possibly get what you paid for, be asked many times for additional money even prior to getting what you already paid for and then continually go thru that same thing every couple months after the fact, then do business with these CONS, if not, run the other way! I can't tell you in words what criminals these guys are.
It's important people post there reviews on this company, they need to be put out of business.

Octalogo was eager to receive our money, but slow to create and produce. Once the website was viewable, we realized it was built on a non-user friendly platform. We had requested it be built on WordPress. It was not. At that point they would not redesign. Since we've taken possession of the website and published it, we've had error code after error code. Our hosting company tells us there is a problem with the coding of the site. Octalogo continues to tell us it's the hosting company. (I have another site hosted at the same hosting company with not problems over a 12 year period). Every time I asked Octalogo to help or assist, they charge $149.00 service fee. Here's my advice. RUN! Run as fast as you can. Find some other company to design your website. You will regret using Octalogo---that's a guarantee.

This company is a SCAM! I will be filing a lawsuit against this company. This company does NOT follow their 100% satisfaction or your full refund back policy. They also do NOT abide by their 100% ownership agreement. My website had went live WITHOUT my knowing and was NOWHERE near complete. The website still has mock photos and placeholder text. I was suppose to receive a phone call from my project manager prior to my website going live but I never received a call. Obviously, I am not satisfied with an incomplete website that has gone live without my knowledge. This was the last straw for me on top of the constant upselling, and the rude customer service. When I requested a refund, they tried to tell me that they could not give me a refund because my website was live even though I did not approve of it going live. BUT according to a sales rep (I have written proof), I could get a refund if I was NOT 100% satisfied. They are FALSE ADVERTISING and their so-called refund policy on their terms and condition page is contradicting. This company is NOT LEGIT! They make fake contracts and will say anything just to get a sale. I have lost all trust in this company. My lawyer will be contacting this company ASAP!
