I purchased a treadmill from this company and it arrived nonfunctional. They sent out new parts and found someone to work on it and it is still nonfunctional. They sent out the wrong parts and I guess I get to have a broken treadmill for another month or so. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I asked for them to just send out a new one, but they ignored me and said we will send out parts. The parts arrived and they were not correct. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. That seems to be what they are into, so if you want a broken product at a premium and want to be hassled this is the company for you.

Terrible customer service. Purchased a treadmill from their online website in March 2022, delivered and setup in April 2022. Delivery/setup team advised parts were missing for the side arms. 4 weeks later, 2 of the 4 parts were received with a message that the remaining parts were back-ordered. I can not use the 2 parts without the other missing 2 parts. I still cannot use this treadmill safely. After several texts, emails and hours of waiting on the phone - no resolution or satisfactory solutions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING NORDICTRACK PRODUCTS

Horrible company

Your company is horrible I purchased a treadmill 4000. 00. I am upset about your company. You never called me after countless calls and emails. You sold me a lemon. No manual was provided when i got the treadmill. Then you send out a tech. Then the tech didn't know what was going on and the tech serviced it but did not use any oil. This caused the belt to stop working. So now with in a year i have to buy a new belt. You are not assisting in any way. This is a terrible company.

It Is fraudulent to send a renewal notice for something I never subscribed to in the first place.

Even after rejecting IFIT multiple times, and never having been on it, they send you a renewal notice to try to charge you $400 in a one time payment. They say it will automatically renew.

The only way to cancel it is to log in to IFIT. The only way to Log in to IFIT is to sign up. This is how they force you to buy IFIT!

IFIT is just a bunch of Physical trainers running outside. This is available for free on YouTube or your local park.

They know nobody wants this garbage software so they force you to pay an extra $400. This is illegal.

Stay away from anything IFIT or NordicTrack. This is a shady company.

I placed my order for a treadmill in January 2022, here it is April 2022 and still have not received it. I call every other week and I keep getting excuses. This company is a joke. I will never buy anything from them. I'm on hold as I'm writing this. I make sure I tell everyone about it. Do yourself a favor... DON'T ORDER FROM NORDICTRACK!

So every machine you purchase comes with the "globogym" subscription (iFit), and apparently they will auto- renew yor for the service unless you go online somewhere and cancel it (try finding the location). It is a total pain in the butt to even figure out how to cancel. From my experience, their customer service won't even give you an answer when you try and cancel the renewal. It feels like a complete scam by a company trying to establish an annuity revenue stream for their products.

I love the iFit trainers but the Nor$#*!track treadmill is a disaster. Seriously every month I have to call and be led on these long long phone calls in troubleshooting the latest problem. The belt will stop working and need a new motherboard. The screen will go blank…need an entirely new screen. The screen will go blank again and again and all throughout one year of having it. That's one year! Six fixes?! And now we're broken again but this time service team won't pick up. All phone numbers lead you to sales and then you have to be "transferred." You wait. And wait. I'm at 56 minutes, still waiting … and decided maybe it's time to warn others. This is a big purchase. There are better options. Take them. Peloton has to be better. The Nor$#*!track isn't reliable. And I know I'm not the only one having trouble…read reviews! I wish I would have listened to them more!

Nordic Track might have been in business since 1975, but their customer service hasn't evolved. Been trying to get someone to help me resolve the problem with shipping. Made a purchase March 12 and on the last leg of shipping, the shipping company can't deliver until April 1. Nordic Track could have canceled the order and started a different one to send with a different company or could have refunded some money for the issue, but I can't even get anyone to respond, the customer service is HORRIBLE don't expect help from these guys. Do yourself a favor and purchase from ANYONE else. Stay away from Nordic Track.

Your $2500 you spent on this treadmill is basically trash when it breaks down. Although we paid 159.00 for service in November 2021, we weren't able to get a technician out to look at the treadmill until March 2022. You don't get much information from Nordic Track and you are basically given the runaround. Our technician finally came out, inspected the treadmill, and then left. After contacting Nordic Track for an update, they said I would have to pay 65 additional dollars to have a technician come replace the parts. There is no respect for their customers in this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional. If you are looking for a treadmill, this company will disappoint you. I suggest going to another treadmill company. Thanks for reading!

After having software issues for months nordictrack rep's sold me a computer that I did not need. I installed it in the machine and it worked for a while but then the same problem happened again. I called back again and a rep told me that it was a software problem and not the computer. I asked for them to allow me to ship the 2nd computer back and refund my money but they refused. The managers thought it was a joke. A 425 dollar joke. I will never buy a nordictrack again.

Over the last 4 years I have purchased 4 different Nordictrack exercise machines. Each one was to have 1 year iFit included.

In the last 9 months I have purchased a 900 rower and a fusion cst. Both came with a card for 1 year of iFit membership.

However when I entered the codes, the rower's in January and the fusions in February, I was not given the 12 months for either one.

I contacted both iFit and Nordic Trac and have not received a response.

I have spent over $10,000.00 based on their advertising and am now extremely upset. My current iFit membership expires soon and they want $400.00 for a year.

I believe they are taking advantage of buyers and especially seniors such as myself.

Do not buy anything from Nordic Track!

I purchased a connected bike from NordicTrack about 6 months ago. It has been a nightmare. The bike arrived incomplete. It was missing pieces to put it together. The tech sent to assemble it had to order them. That took some time for them to arrive, but the part arrived and they eventually came back out and assembled the bike. I thought I was done, rough start, but all good. Wrong. After a little while the bike started wobbling. So I tried to reach out to NordicTrack to get it repaired. I was on hold with service for over an hour. The chat function on their website was also overloaded with a long wait time. I was finally able to reach someone of Facebook. They demanded that I take a video of the wobble and then call back. I refused, as the wait times are so long. Eventually I got them to come out to make a repair. This was about 3 weeks ago. They were able to tighten the bike but it turns out there are more pieces missing. This time its 6 screws. 3 weeks later, the screws still have not arrived. So I called back into NordicTrack. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with them and they offered to resend the screws. I told them this was not good enough. I have given them multiple opportunities to deliver to me the functioning, complete bike that I paid for and they have not. I am no longer willing to wait for them to get around to delivering what I paid for and demanded a refund. I can not imagine a scenario where I do business with this company. They refused, claiming it had been over 30 days. I disagree. I say it has been 0 days as they have never delivered what I purchased, a complete and properly functioning bike. Avoid them.

Do not buy from Nordic Track! We bought a treadmill and it was to be delivered by now. We have already been invoiced for it but we don't have it. It's been sitting on a truck, an hour away from us, for a week according to tracking. We were told it will be another week to 9 "working" days before we get it. We were told by Luis, who says he's the supervisor, and Jacqueline who says she is the manager that it was just too bad

I purchased a new Nordictrack treadmill and during assembly I noticed minor parts differences between the instructions and the item. Upon completion of assembly it was apparent the incline motor was inoperative. It took from Monday until Wednesday to finally speak with a Nordictrack rep.

They sent me a new motor... kudos. Right? Wrong. They sent a motor completely out of spec to fit this treadmill, made by a different manufacturer.

Writing this, while their support is giving me the runaround: I ordered a treadmill almost a full month ago. The order was supposed to arrive today. No show. No product. No apologies. No excuse. No call. Nothing. Their support is not helpful. Chat is only available to sell more products. They give you various numbers to call that all, of course, are experiencing higher call volumes than normal. The delivery company gives me an automated message after my tracking number pretending I never had an appointment, saying they'll be in touch, and then hangs up. (I can provide proof of purchase, but attaching images is not working.)

Delivery was delayed by weeks. We were told we would be contacted to make it right, we never were. One of the machines was defective and broke the day of delivery. They fixed it and promised to contact us to give us an extended warranty since we were concerned about the product, they never called again. I posted a review online and they responded saying they were very sorry about my experience and that they would get it fixed right away. I never heard from them again, despite reaching out via email to see what they were going to do. The same machine broke again today, it is clearly a defective product. Among other issues, there is no power switch on the incline bike and the screen can't be turned off, so you either have to unplug it and wait for five minutes while it boots up every time you want to use it, or have a glowing screen all day and night. The incline treadmill has the same issue. There is a fix shown in online reviews, but they have put a code lock on the admin mode so you can't fix it, and customer support won't let you in or fix it any other way. I have been on hold a total of approximately 20 hours over four calls. The last call I had the tier 1 customer support person told me there was no way for me to talk to their supervisor, and that they hadn't been able to send anyone to a supervisor in weeks. He promised (third time I'd heard it) that a supervisor would call me within two days. I have NEVER recieved a call back from any of their promises. I would not recommend this company, their service, or their products to anyone. Buyer beware.

Worst customer service EVER! I have been trying since last JUNE to get help with our bike. The screen doesn't work so you can't choose any of the workouts or even a manual workout to get started. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have attempted to call customer service we have been on hold over an hour and then passed around to different departments after the initial hour wait. It is so exhausting even thinking about what we will go through when calling that we finally stopped several months ago. Today I had some extra time so I decided to give it a go. SAME STORY. I was on hold for an hour and ten minutes. Gave up. Decided to call back and see how quickly the sales department would answer, boom done. No wait but of course they can't help so I am now 30 minutes in to what I am sure will be no answer for hours.

My Dad just bought this same bike and the man he spoke to gave him his "personal number" so he could help me. Of course he couldn't and I hope my father doesn't have any issues because it will probably just send him to an early grave.

The sad thing is I have a Nordic track treadmill that we bought in 2017 that I run 7-9 miles on everyday. It has been an amazing product but when it comes time to replace I WILL NOT GET ANOTHER NORDIC TRACK because their customer service is so bad. So, so, so, bad. I feel like I need to visit a therapist when I finally give up waiting for someone to answer my call or if they do answer I need therapy from being transferred from department to department. For as many times as I have called I have spent hours on hold and probably spoken to a human for about 45 minutes of those hours.

I live not too far from the big iFit building and Nordic Track assembly building (Logan, Utah) and I'm going to call the news and have them investigate the issues I'm having. We can film right outside the building.

I've absolutely had it.

I have been waiting for over 3 months for a repair and absolutely no follow up and meanwhile I spent countless hours on the phone to speak to someone and nobody came nor responded to emails that I am sure went into a black hole. Terrible, terrible, terrible... and they clearly take vantage of customer's patience.

Very happy with my NordicTrack treadmill! Very sturdy - my favorite feature is the way that the bottom lifts up and down for moving. The mechansim is very smooth, which makes it easy to put down without worrying about it dropping on me. Printed instructions were brief but there was helpful videos and more info that they referred to online that made it more manageable.

I was given a discount on this product in exchange for an honest and unbiased review, which this is!
